It was smaller than my daughters I phone 11. She put it on even though it did not cover her screen

Broke the first time my phone was dropped. Do not recommend it if you have a rough use which I do

Just bought this phone & have to take it back. The battery keeps getting hot. At times the volume goes low & can’t hear the person when speaking. Just terrible

Was great and then less than two weeks after I bought it I noticed two cracks across the screen protector. Havent dropped my new phone so obviously it is not a durable product. Waste of $25

I absolutely didn’t like it. I didn’t even drop my phone and it got chipped in my purse. I returned and got the more expensive one, but I knew to do that anyway.

One of the corner does not attach completely. When I push it, the air goes out but after 2 seconds it gets detached again

I purchased this item with intention That it would fit properly I even had the geek squad apply to I phone It never held properly

Computer was fixed but the girl I picked it up from didn’t know answers to where my passwords were, how to get into Microsoft. I told her I would call geek squad

It already cracked and I have to replace it already.

I have brought it back twice with cracks in the screen ! I never drop the phone nor have a hit anything! And it’s only been 3 weeks I had the phone

Full length crack down the middle happened during normal use. Silicone case protects sides/back/edges, phone has never been dropped. Crap screen protector.

Paid this and tried transferring frommy Samsung Galaxy s8 to my new phone being an s9and said it couldn't be done despite being the same screen/phone size

Followed guidance on screen protector installation. Left a thin bubble the entire length of the screen on the right side.

Started out perfect and within a week the ends started bubbling. Product had been applied according to directions and had no bubbles in corners to start with. Very disappointing.

I like the warranty, but it seems very fragile. I had it on for 2 weeks then noticed it’s cracked already.. ugh

Junk and overpriced. The cutout of the glass makes your phone look dumb. Other glass protectors out there don't have the cutout and work just as great.

My phone fell and there’s a line on my screen; never happened prior

My phone fell approximately 4 feet from my hands to the tile flooring and a crack appeared on the screen protector. The quality is garbage!
