Does not cover the glass all the way to the edges.

It had to be ordered because not in stock. When I made a second trip to have it installed, it was flawed and I was told 1 in 4 of this product are flawed. Could not reorder because manufacturer had no stock. Resorted to using flawed product.

The return and replacement of the screen protector was relatively simple, but the née one, less than 2 weeks old is already starting to separate. I will need to repeat the whole process in less than a few weeks.

Screen protector is already cracking. Not a fan!!

It absolutely shattered easier than the phone itself gets damaged. I know because I had the glass cover for 2 months before it shattered in my purse. My phone, almost a year later, barely had one scratch

I purchased this twice thinking that the first time it was me who messed it up putting it on but the same thing happened. Air bubbles that you couldn’t get to come out.

Not so great since it didn't even last a month - I don't even understand how it could have cracked as bad as it did. I am not hard on cell phones

Screen protector is a must for me as I keep my iPhone for a long time. I had it installed and the warranty is for as long as I keep my iPhone.

Very hard to install correctly unless you pay $8.00 to have it installed by an employee. Mine went on crooked. The shield is great, it is just the installing it on your phone that is the problem

It’s okay! Thought it would be much better. Don’t do anything better than my old Analog phone. Which I truly miss. Plus, it didn’t come with a manual!

I purchased for the iPhone SE 2nd gen along with a defender pro case. Does not fully cover the phone screen and is too thick to fit inside of the defender case properly. Will need to return or exchange.

had it installed on my wife's new iPhone and it started to crack around the thumb button notch. not sure if it was not installed properly or some other problem.

Broke right away cheap as ever Zagg iPhone se screens are lacking on the 12 also I got a ONN Screen and it lasted way longer than zagg screens do

I tried it for almost 3 times now.It is impossible to install without a bubble. Ingave up.I should have bought elsewhere .Not only it is diificult but it it does not cover the entire screen as advertised my new iPhone SE 2020.Zagg was never my favorite and you can find better screen prtectors for the third of that price. I will return back.

went there to get a battery for my phone. the rep examined my phone and told me to make an appointment to have it fixed as the installation of the battery would take some time. I made an appointment for the next Sunday and arrived on time. the rep saw me and told me that they did not have the necessary battery in stock. A rep called me and told me that the battery would arrive by the next Wednesday and he would call me. No phone call - no battery - poor service

It went on nicely, no problem. My granddaughter was happy and the extra money for the warranty has come in handy, due to her screen being damaged a number of times. Bringing it in to have it replaced, without an extra charge was worth it!!

This item was advised by an associate to purchase. It was a very unnecessary item and a waste of my hard earned money. This item when applied to your phone does not let you navigate thru your phone screens with ease. It should not take anyone 10 minutes to type in a single letter. I was unable to return it because you cant return something that has already been applied to your phone. . Unhappy with this particular item Ed

They shouldn’t charge you to put on if you ask ! 7 dollars for 3 minutes of work when they’re sitting around most of the time is ridiculous.
