Sent it back through process within 24 hours. It was acknowledged returned and statement saying allow 5 days for refund. After 12 days I inquired about refund. CSR via chat could give 2 you know what’s and told me to check with bank. NO It was purchased using BB credit card! Therefore YOU check!

It also stated it would be replaced if broken. How can we submit a replacement request?

I ended up tossing it in the garbage as it had too many bubbles. Why charge the same amount, but withhold the one tool that helps it make a successful application?

Terrible broke from like 2ft. drop

When I broke my first one from a small drop, i went to bestbuy to get a replacement and zagg charged me 8$. I said “okay that’s fine” but then it happened again! I have given up on zagg and you should too!
