Waste of money, it does not I phone se, it’s to long, and when you attempt to cut it, it’s shatters, do not buy if you have a se 20, it will just end up in garbage like mine did

I dropped my phone one time on linoleum and it caused it to spider web it wasn’t even a bad fall. Don’t waste your money not a good product

I have an OtterBox case on my phone and dropped it within days of putting this glass cover on and it cracked the screen

did not like was not worth the money. It was yellow not clear, was hard to work with. I think Best Buy shouldn't charge seniors $8.00 just to apply it to phone.

A great product that protects my phone screen. Best Buy has replaced the protective screen on my phone at no additional cost with the original protection plan.

edges cracked within 2 weeks. I didn't think I would actually need to register a warranty for a screen protector, but the edges chip!

The guy that put the fist one on put the film from the glass on my phone and tossed out the glass. I didn’t notice it until a week later. Went back and they in the glass

Not worth it at all. Bought one for my phone and one for my son’s phone. Both screen protectors cracked within a week. Also impossible to apply without getting bubbles.

I have used these before, and feel the quality has gone way downhill. The screen protector cracked when the phone barely touched something, not a drop like you would expect.

They had to go through three protecters before one stuck and then the product immediately turn up on all corners so my phone has sharp edges on all four corners

Dropped my phone from about 4’ and shattered the glass already. This is the first time this has ever happened

The product is excellent. The Best Buy in-house installation, which is usually quite good, was not performed particularly well this time. Smartphone Dept. customer service person (also the apparent floor manager that day) was clearly preoccupied and distracted by other people/tasks and made little effort to conceal it and it showed in his workmanship. I had two screen protectors to be installed. One was done pretty well, however the other was handed back to me with fingerprint streaks between the protector and the phone screen glass. Not good.

The screen protector itself is fine. No problems with the product itself. HOWEVER, Some time last year, the Best Buy corporate office apparently mandated that screen protectors should be installed by the Geek Squad instead of the salespeople who work in the cell phone department. Since then, I *hate* going to Best Buy because: a) There's always a long line at the Geek Squad desk. One time I was told to go online and make an appointment for the next day, and another time I had stand in line for almost an hour, listening to another customer arguing with the Geek Squad staff about unrelated issues. I used to be able to get in and out in 10-15 minutes when I went to the cell phone department. b) Some of the employees themselves have told me they hate the new rule, but there is no way for them to provide feedback to the corporate office or the person who made the decision. c) The last screen protector the Geek Squad installed for me was defective or installed incorrectly. After a few weeks, a bubble appeared that was about a quarter of an inch wide and ran the length of the screen. I had to go back to the Geek Squad to have it replaced and had to stand in line again. d) Now, when I enter Best Buy, the person near the door (who used to make sure I had a receipt for my purchases as I left the store) makes contact with me as soon as I enter so he or she can "direct" me to the right department. It almost seems like I have to justify my reason for coming to the store and get permission to enter. e) While my screen protector was being installed, I wanted to wander around the store and look at some other gadgets that seem interesting. Well, no more wandering. I was harassed by salespeople in every department wanting to know what gadgets I might be interested in and pressuring me to buy them right away. "What is keeping you from buying that item today?" Geez, if I want high-pressure sales tactics, I'll go to a used car dealer. (I'm told that Best Buy sales people now have daily quotas and there are managers on headsets harassing the sales people to close deals with every customer who walks into their department.) From now on, I avoid Best Buy as much as possible and only go there when there is no other option. Too bad, I used to like going there.

No review, the phone ended up being dropped before the protector was put on. I couldn't get back to Columbia in the 15 day time period to return the item.

Good quality it’s pretty durable fits perfect will buy again

I would not recommend buying this product. Very cheap and not good at protecting ones screen. I’ve had it for less than a month and already need a new one.

I know it's hard to believe but the screen saver fell of of my granddaughters phone so I need to come back in.

Already has 2 big cracks in it. It only took. A couple of weeks to crack and I didn’t hit it with anything
