We didn’t have an appointment but we’re directed where to go to get the new covers. The Tech people then took care of removing the the old and replacing with the new ones. Great job!

Not sturdy enough

My phone is fine (yay), but seriously why aren't these protectors made strong enough anymore? The previous one I had lasted me for 3 years before it cracked.

Pretty terrible

The screen protector itself is sticky and not as slick as a bare screen, there's also glue around the protectors edges that attracts dirt and lint. Installation was also a pain, the back covering attracts dust, the installation guide isn't well sized enough and it'll turn out crooked if you don't pay attention, there are no top or bottom markers for the protector, which sounds stupid but the top guide layer obscures the cutout. Worst of all, it just doesn't stick around the edges, look elsewhere
