The reason they have a no questions asked warranty is because you'll get through 6 for your 60 dollars before you give up. The first one I got, the alignment holes for setup weren't in the correct spots and the corner got damaged while I attempted to stretch it onto the frame. I ordered a replacement through the warranty, got charged 10 more dollars to ship the new one. Second one came and it didn't have a top sheet on the screen protector and the tabs used for installation were attached. I had to cut them off with scissors which leaves an annoying ledge where I need to swipe at the bottom of my screen. I'm not spending 10 more dollars for shipping to get a new one and there's no way to contact an actual representative. Save yourself the time and effort and seek your solutions elsewhere. Unfortunately this was the only option in stovk the day I got my phone.

Great screen protector for my phone, it was easy to install

I've used ZAGG screen protectors in the past - and had the same issue. Installation is simple. However, very temperamental and the adhesive started failing within two weeks. Now the screen is cracked from being in my purse? ZAGG broadcasts a free warranty replacement however you must pay shipping. I get it - but I feel if this occurs within 2 weeks of purchase their customer service should make an exception? I'll get searching elsewhere and never using ZAGG again

This product is the same that is available for iPhone Xs and XR. So a customer can buy the iPhone Xs and XR screen protector for $19 from the same brand. They are charging $6 extra.

Dropped phone shattered the screen right through the screen protector.

I always use this brand of screen protection, however I’ll be exchanging this one for another, soon. It didn’t apply very well & has little bubbles that didn’t adhere properly

Had this screen protector for less than a week. Was putting my phone in my pocket and it fell out. Screen protector was cracked all over. It barely had an impact. I don’t see any point in using this. Checked on a replacement but out of stock. I’m not mad. I’m inconvenienced. But mainly my phone wasn’t protected and it could have been much worse. These are expensive and totally useless in my opinion.

I don’t appreciate the broken and already opened package for online pickup order. I was waiting in a long line and hurry to return home, or I would ask for an exchanges

You may just be carrying it in your pocket, and BAM, hairline cracks can form from the edges of the screen protector, and it will definitely stretch along from one end to the other. I used the warranty to get a free new protector, and not after, it cracked again. After about a month of use on my second screen protector, multiple cracks have formed, and I haven't even dropped my phone onto hard surfaces. I definitely do not recommend this screen protector.

I followed the directions exactly and was extremely careful, but there were large bubbles under the screen protector that would not go away. I took it off and tried to reapply, but then there were lots of tiny bubbles everywhere. Very frustrating and a waste of money.

Seems to have some magic static cling wrapping that instantly attracts all dust and fuzz in a given environment during the 5 seconds between peeling and application. I've never had this much trouble cleanly applying a screen protector.
