I was skeptical at first about Zagg products, but my new phone purchased September 2019 only came with Zagg and I previously had only used Bodyguardz products. I went into my local Best Buy over 8 months ago for a replacement(due to I had a couple hairline cracks on my screen)only to find out item was out of stock and that I would be notified once back in stock. Needless to say, I was the one doing all the contacting and was told not sue if my warranty screen protector will ever be available. Plus at initial purchase all packaging/warranty info was trashed due to Best Buy has everything on file. I finally tried a different Best Buy farther from home only to find item in stock. I received great customer service from two gentlemen, not to mention they prompt, professional and courteous. This time I asked for the packaging. This protector has proved to withstand as designed and I’d definitely recommend to anyone for it’s durability. I had hairline cracks if anyone has anything more serious I’d say this will definitely protect your investment.

Amazing quality and price! If purchasing in-store, Best Buy staff can also assist on placing the screen protector on your phone. If you have TotalTech support, if your screen protector cracks, you can take it in to get a new one at no cost.

I have loved this product and it has never let me down. My cell phone screens have been is spectacular shape due to this screen shield. I have dropped my phone numerous times on hard concrete at my job and nothing phases this screen protector.

Perfect fit, and easy to apply. It has lifetime warranty, so if it ever gets broken best buy will replace it. The only screen protector you ever need.

This shield is very nice and stays in place once we got it on. It was a little tricky to get the bubbles out but finally got it done. I have had a few zagg shields over the years and the lifetime replacement warranty is a bonus since sometimes damage may occur especially now using all of the sanitizers.

It takes more than a god to fall to crack a zagg screen however two things, first zagg will replace the screen saver if cracked so make sure to register with zagg (you have to pay S/H) Two, the screen saVer will crack but most of the time the phone screen will not. I have been using zagg for years. New install was easier

They include a little frame thing that pops on to your phone so you can alight the screen protector very easily!! It comes right off after the glass applies itself. Had to use a card to smooth out any bubbles or edges but that was very minimal. Also price was waaay better than getting it from the zagg website itself!

Nice screen protector for my iphone 11. After 4 months, accidentally dropped the phone. Fortunately the Zagg screen protector was on cuz it saved my phone. The screen protector cracked but my phone was fine. The best part was Zagg product has a lifetime guarantee replacement. All I had to do was go back to Best Buy & they gave me a free replacement. I bought my first one of these back in August 2020, and finally just had to replace it. It finally just cracked from a hit it took. My phone screen is still in perfect shape. It's well worth the $25 spent for sure to protect my phone! I would absolutely recommend this screen protector.

This screen protector saves my screen from breakage flawlessly. And the fact that it has a lifetime warranty is the best part. I’ve had to have it replaced 4 or 5 times due to me dropping the phone and the screen protector cracking rather than my screen cracking. This is nothing better than this.

It works very good. It fell and the screen saver cracked, it was replaced with no problem with the lifetime warranty. If I would want one for another phone I would by it again

I always buy the Zagg glass screen protectors for my apple products. iPad Air and 11Pro Max phone. I had one replaced for free when I dropped my phone and it cracked the shield. No damage to my phone and Best Buy replaced it at the store with no problems. Completely worth the money to have piece of mind.

I bought this screen protector as soon as I got my iPhone 12 Pro. I have dropped it multiple of times without cracking.. I dropped it on rocks & it shattered, buuuut the most amazing part of this purchase is the lifetime warranty. It cracks order a new one I’llnly paying shipping & handling.

This is a great screen protector for the price. Does it job by protecting my screen from damage. I love that it has warranty on it. So if it cracks I can go back to Best Buy store show proof I purchased there and get a new one. It’s a plus that it comes with an alignment tray so you place it on the phone perfectly with no mistakes.

This is the first time I've had a glass screen protector, seemed like the 12 Max Pro was turning into a dust magnet and didn't want to end up scratching my phone by wiping it down all the time. The glass has some thickness and is sharp at the edges, I think if you don't use a case you will feel the edges. The glass is thick but doesn't interfere with the touch screen tapping. Well, I had it for a few months, slipped the phone in my back pocket with my wallet that has a metal emblem on it and sat down. Next thing I know, the glass protector chipped in the lower corner and got some hairline cracks. Luckily only the screen protector cracked and not my phone screen. Stopped by Best Buy and asked if the glass was under warranty and got a warranty replace while at still at the store. This brand of glass screen protector is nice added protection for your phone and the warranty is great.
