My previous phone was a iPhone 6 and my screen protector has cracked at least the once a year since my original purchase. Every time, I just went to an authorized dealer in the mall and had them replace my screen protector for free! Yes free! No additional cost. I have definitely got my monies worth out of it. Especially since I am very clumsy and drop my phone almost everyday without fail. I am the very definition of butterfingers.

I insisted we dress out her iPhone 11 with a quality screen protector, and we had Best Buy install this ZAGG on the new phone. Thankfully, when it inevitably cracks due to her issues, ZAGG has happily replaced the protector and Best Buy has reinstalled the replacement at no cost. We really appreciate this service!

It breaks and I don't even drop my phone. Thankful for the lifetime warranty.
