my grandson was visiting and needed a new screen protector. he wanted to go to the phone store and I said no we will go to Best Buy because we can buy it there and they will put it on and do a professional job. we gave them the phone, the screen and walked around the store for a short time .went back and new screen at a better price. happy grandson !!

I’ve dropped my phone so many times and yet still no damage to the screen. This protector works well really well. And I love the replacement policy if it gets dsmaged. Super easy and customer friendly.

If you are using the ez install tray it is hit or miss sometimes, i install it without using the tray and it seems to set better and not lift. When using the easy install tray/guide it tends to not sit flat until after i remove the adapter.. Seems like i have better success without it anyhow. Anyway great screen protected and does what it is suppose to do very well.

When the Apple store didn't have the Otter screen protector I needed, I was sent to Best Buy. I found it there, and the young lady installed it for me. Should it break, Best Buy will replace it at no charge.

This is a great screen protector. I barely know it’s on my phone. I like that it’s lifetime warranty and I can bring into Best Buy to get a new one for free if it breaks. Only complaint is they charged me eight dollars to install screen protector. Back in the day it was always complimentary.

I always get nervous when I have to spend good money and get one shot to put this thing on right. It was pretty easy to put on. I would suggest watching the video first rather than just looking at the written instructions. There is a plastic template that centers it perfectly. Minimum air bubbles. Protects well and touch screen works well.

Protects the best with my consistent drops. Always drop my phone and never have a crack thanks to this.

By far the best glass I have had! It has held up thru a couple of falls and still staying strong! The feel of it is so sleek. Also the if you pay for the installation fee you can get it replaced in store. I will tell you with other brands I was going thru a new glass on a monthly basis not anymore! Would totally recommend this Zagg glass!

The price was fairly reasonable and since I was a member, I did not have to pay for them to put the screen on my phone. The store was extremely busy though and they were backed up. The Geek Squad stepped in and was kind enough to help me. They told me to save my register receipt and the box it came in. Just in case it breaks again.

Reliable and warranty makes me and my phone feel safe. If something happens I can just stop by Best Buy and replace it! This is a trustworthy service.

The packaging is really good. The instructions were clear. The process was really with the materials they provided.

There’s no denying the Zagg glass protector works!! I had removed my previous glass after it sustained cracks from doing its job. Instead of replacing it immediately, I told myself “I’ll just be careful”. Doesn’t matter how care I was, I still managed to scratch my screen! I won’t be that lazy again!!

Good value for what It does, hopefully will protect my expensive phone’s screen from scratches and minor drop cracks. FYI if it’s a major drop, this thin glass will break, so expect to replace it. Thankfully the Beat Buy store tech that assisted me in this purchase said if the glass cracks they’ll replace it for free.

Fits perfect iPhone 12. The lifetime warranty is very nice.

Love this brand, not too expensive as it will inevitably crack if you’re as hard on your phone as I am. It is easy to get in place correctly as long as you take your time and thoroughly clean your phone before, it only comes with 1 wipe so if you’re replacing it on a used device you may need a few more to ensure it is clean.

Looks good, does the job well. I always have Best Buy put these on for me. Does have one bubble near the edge
