They provide the best protection of an iPhone, and feel better than plastic, too. The fact that I can take this to my local Best Buy to get a replacement when (let's face it - it's always "when" not "if") it cracks was a big plus. I'm not sure what benefits the more expensive Zagg screens offer.

They’ve cracked while protecting our phones. It does help to have it installed by someone who knows what they’re doing (ie, GeekSquad)!

Luckily, Best Buy honors the warranty in store to replace. Unfortunately, there is limited supply for iPhone models older than 12.
