Buying a new phone is never an easy process, but he made it smooth and effortless. He was very accommodating, professional, and also humorous at the same time. He made it a quick, painless process... and I have dreaded past new phone purchases that i have done. I will go to best buy to get my phones instead of AT&T because of Tuco.
