Great protector. I also had an Otter case with this ZAGG. I did have a chip that occured from a bad drop. Phone screen was protected. Warranty replaced the ZAGG.

This screen protector is a great way to save your iPhone screen. I had one before and dropped my phone in gravel. I got this new one, removed the old one, and saw there wasn’t a single scratch on my screen. The one will protect me till something else happens. Plus, Zagg is guaranteed for life with free replacements if needed!

The Salesperson recommended this product and then, for a small fee installed - thank goodness--he was better at cleaning and precisely attaching the shield on my phone. I am accustomed to handling a klunky phone in protective box. This shield has made me more comfortable, foregoing the klunky, awkward box cover for a more fashionable slim feel protective outer cover, knowing I have the protection on the face of my phone, I can now use my phone more effectively, and much easier.

Works great. Fits perfect, easy to install and very well made

The product is well made and seems to work well. It comes with a guide to get the protective glass placed perfectly -- but I missed and got mine on a little crooked. It still looks nice, works well, and I'm certain it's protecting my phone. I did notice that I need to work a little harder when touching scroll bars and other "touch points" close to the edge of the glass. I'm not sure if that's a phone thing, a fat finger thing, or related to the screen protector. But my money is on the protector. I still love it and would by another.

I feel much safer now that I purchased a screen protector, I dropped my case a lot and this has worked out perfect so far.

Ever since I purchased my first glass screen protector I was sold!! I am not rough with my phones but I use an otter case to protect it so why not use the glass screen protector. It was only 2 weeks after I purchased my new phone with the lifetime warranty glass protector that I saw a crack on the screen. I went to the store, had it replaced for free and about a couple of months later another crack, had it replaced again. I am not rough with my phone, but when it goes into my pocketbook, that's a different story!

I never get an iPhone without a screen protector to protect the phone glass from drops & scratches. Plus Zagg warrants the screen protector.

Protection against drops and stays in the phone well

always purchased the zag shields dropped the phone so many times and so far only broke the shield. the lifetime free replacement is well worth it.

I guess the last review was not for the item but for the Geek Squad "installation" of it. Ooops. Anyhow, the screen protector worked well enough, since it protected my phone and only the screen protector cracked. And since it was under warranty, it didn't cost much to get a new one put on.

Very good quality, because the product warranty was easy.
