Previous ones on older phones have cracked easily when I accidentally dropped them. One downside though is that you really have to make sure you are in an environment that doesn’t have any floating dust particles. Even after cleaning with the alcohol wipe, the microfiber cloth, and using the dust removal sticker (quite thoroughly), I still had two pesky particles conveniently land on the screen as I was putting the protector on. Resulting in me trying my best to partially remove the protector without ruining the adhesion, so I can take care of them. Otherwise it will be very bothersome always seeing the dust on my screen and it will cause small bubbles to form

I dropped my iPhone XR from table height - it landed screen down on the cement patio. The phone survived but the screen protector had many cracks on the face and chips around the edges. Because I had purchased the broken one at Best Buy they put on a new one at no cost to me. Great product! It saved my phone!

Honestly, If you don’t care about the name, you can get a better deal on other places like Amazon. However, I needed this as a quick replacement and it delivered. Application was easy and my screen looked great even with it on. I dropped my phone from about two feet high onto the street as I got out of my car and my phone landed face down. The protector cracked but my screen was fine.
