I dropped my phone and it protected the screen as it was designed to do, also all I had to do was go back to Best Buy and get it replaced for free. This glass is great it has survived some serious hits and falls. Unfortunately for me my phone was knocked out of my hand and it hit face down on some rocks. Fortunately for me the shield comes with the best warranty ever! I got it changed out with no fuss! I just took it back to Best Buy and with a blink and a smile they took care of me! Great product great customer care!
