Best Buy stores the info in your account by your phone number. Lexi at the Jacksonville store on Blanding went above and beyond for me, putting it on and checking in it thoroughly to make sure no lint was on it and being as nice as could be.

Note: I initially tried to do the install myself and found it to be way too fussy. Followed simple instructions, but still had an air bubble that could not remove. Geek Squad did a great job.

Screen to protect a screen!?
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Please explain to me why in this day and age you buy a new expensive cell phone and then have to buy a glass "screen protector" to cover your new phones screen?? Shouldn't the glass on the phone be as tough as, if not stronger, then what is necessary to protect the phone itself?? Do you put a screen protector on your laptop or flat screen tv?? Such a racket, every two years you the electronics are outdated and get replaced anyway.

Didn't hold up for the price

Its edges are fragile and easily chip which eventually lead to cracks across whole screen protector, unfortunately. Only had mine for a few weeks and now I have to replace it again.

Perfect (with Geek Squad install)

Screen protector fits perfectly. Got installed by Geek Squad for $7.99 and would highly suggest having them do it. Jermaine took 10 minutes, and I have no bubbles or dust under the screen protector. Having BestBuy install helps with warranty also.
