The Zagg screen protector is a little harder to put on then most other screen protectors. It is partly because it is not a gorilla glass protector but a hybrid protection screen. This makes taking the plastic covering off of it a little harder as you have to place it on n the screen and push hard for it it to pop out. It does works really though well and it is not noticeable that it is on your phone. I would have given it a 5 had the installation been easier and the price a little lower but allbin all its a good protector for the Surface Duo.

Typically very happy with ZAGG screen protectors, but this one was too difficult to apply without bubbles.

The texture felt off and for what it is, kinda expensive. This was the only option available at the time otherwise I would have tried elsewhere.

Unless you're lucky, you'll get small (but noticeable) bubbles along the crease. Perhaps I folded it back to far, but I had to get the split to come undone before pushing back with the squeegee. This won't make sense to someone who hasn't installed this, but the point being, don't buy this product. You'll be throwing $40 down the drain.

Installation is a pain, expensive, can't claim warranty and it's a fingerprint magnet.

Shield gives a good protection for my Microsoft Surface Duo and is easy to install

Its goid but unfortunately reach to me missing one side, it must be for four sides but only reach 3 sides

Simply the worst. I watched a video on youtube detailing someone's effort to install this and it was awful. I tried installing on one screen and it was an utter waste of time and money. Do NOT waste your money on this screen protector. Just garbage.

Zagg always has a great product. The process was more difficult mostly because there was 4x screen shields. But also, the 2nd and 3rd parts of the process took more force than I am use to, putting the device on a stickier surface would be best. The Duo was just sliding around a lot.

Product is crap and for some ungodly reason there's a middle piece between the main pieces and their hard to be removed. Good luck not getting finger prints/lent/dust/ on the phone or protective scree.

this is not a Glass screen protector, this is a very flimsy plastic screen protector that is almost impossible to apply properly to your device

I have two Masters degrees and still couldn’t figure out how to put this crap on. Accepting that I just may be an idiot, I asked a colleague of mine to give it a go as well. I just wasted $40.

Wow! I've done a quite a few of these and this one is a doozy. You have to really be mindful of number 2 and 3 half size pieces that you need to peel off. Be patient and as clean as possible and you can get through it.

The install was literally the hardest thing I have ever had to do on this planet. It was extremely frustrating and I ended up rage quitting the install. 0/5 I do not recommend.

Tried to follow directions they didn't help I did what it said and broke my screen protector now I'm waiting for zagg to get them back in stock so I can get a replacement

No problem installing. Just take you time and watch the video first. Looks like a lot of people try removing back film from the the top instead of pushing it off with the tool provided from the bottom.

Extremely difficult to apply. You'd have to be a wizard to do it. Get it installed in the store if you can. Even then they might not be able to do it.
