Customers appreciate the protection offered by the InvisibleShield® GlassFusion+ screen protector for the Microsoft Surface Duo. However, many find the installation process challenging and the instructions unclear, leading to difficulties in application and resulting in bubbles or other issues. Some also express concerns about the overall quality and durability of the product, particularly its susceptibility to scratches and its less-than-ideal feel. The screen protector's material and adherence to the device's edges are also points of contention for some users.

install could've been way easier if they followed the installation technique for every other phone. And now the fingerprints are actually worse then when it didn't have a protector, I peeled mine off and found that they won't even break like glass because it's basically plastic. ok protection otherwise

First, it's like the dark souls of placing screen protectors on. For those who have no idea, I mean it's so hard that you really shouldn't attempt it.
Second, even if you are able to apply it successfully(?) you lose a certain functionality of closing the surface. The small addition of the screen protector prevents the phone from recognizing the phone is closed. So beware if you don't manually turn off the phone each and every time you're probably eating your battery with your screens on.
Third there is a line dead center which looks like a rainbow whenever you notice it.
Fourth is just my gripe, I had gotten mine delivered as if someone used it as a punching bag. The protectors were okay, but the applicators and etc were damaged to the point they made it even more infuriating to attempt application.

The installation would be OK, except it moves around so much during installation that it never ends up aligned at all. Ended up trashing them.

I can't tell if the instructions are incorrect or the installation tabs on the screen protector are improperly assembled or mislabeled but it doesn't work and I gave up. I returned the product and got my money back. I hope ZAGG technicians correct the installation dilemma because I can see it is a quality screen protector. Here's hoping! If this is corrected then I would recommend the product.

Followed directions perfectly yet failed to get on correctly with two different protectors. Probably the only people who don't have an issue putting these protectors on are the ones who designed them because they are not user friendly in the slightest.
