Actually I love this and I should give it five stars but its because of the installation process difficulty that I deducted one. This is an expensive item and if you get any particle, in my case a flying dog hair while your applying then you have ruined the item trying to remove the particle. It still protects though it looks bad.

Good screen protector, I would recommend it to a friend.

Got a new phone so had to get a new screen protector. Zagg is the only brand I trust for my phones. I crack the protectors but the phones stay safe. The screen protectors are replaced at no charge. I only pay to have them re-installed. Love this product.

I feel it is mandatory to protect your investment. I have purchased a protective screen with all my cell phones and have yet to have a screen damaged in any way. Its not that it has not been dropped. I credit it to the screen protector and case.

Soft material, imprints are easily left in the screen. There are groves left over after writing or storing the phone in your pocket. Does its job, but hinders your phone from looking "new."

Everytime i purchased a new cellphone this is the first thing i do upon activation Zagg it!!!! It can be pricey but worth it, what's cheaper $50 zagg or $325. to replace your screen. Bestbuy mobile dept also installed it. Two thumbs up.

Purchased the screen protector for a new phone. The screen protector prevented the screen from being damaged when something sharp scratched it. No damaged to phone only had to replace the screen protector.

This screen saver is nothing more than some kind of landfill reconstituted something-or-other. It looks, feels, and lasts about as long as plastic. I take very good care of my phone, yet after 9 months of use, scratches and grooves have become embedded in the surface. I'd LOVE to know what % of glass Zagg would say is in the it! I LOVE Zagg GLASS screen protectors. NEVER buying this kind again.

relatively inexpensive and the technician installed it for me...seems like good protection of a brand new screen..any cracks or fingerprint smudges should be easy to clean and will not affect the original phone.

I haven't dropped my phone to see if the screen is protected, but just having the invisible shield on the phone gives me a sense of confidence that I don't have to be concerned if I do drop it.

I have always used Zagg products on my phones. However, I have an issue with this glass shield. It has been hard trying to get my thumb print to work on this one.

I put these on my phone before I even leave the store. Highly highly recommend. I dropped my brand new phone face down on asphalt, the screen protector cracked and my phone was completely unharmed!!!!

ZAGG glass screen protector is a great product. This is my 5th phone with ZAGG glass. They stay true to their lifetime replacement guarantee, and there are no surprises.

It does a good job and is easy to keep clean. Started peeling on 2 areas but I believe it may have been because phone was in pocket with items

I always purchase glass shield for all my phones. Protected my screen from many falls and cracks.. The lifetime shield replacement process is quick and easy

I have been pretty rough on this protector and it has not failed me yet. The only downside is the protector does tend to bubble where impact has occurred. The feel is exactly glass, but it is pretty close.
