Bought my Samsung S20 plus a few days ago and wanted something a little better than the stock plastic screen protector, which is a very nice touch from Samsung by the way. I asked the geek squad people at BB if they had a preference between the Zagg glass fusion and ultra clear+ screen protectors. The guy said the fusion is actual rigid glass and the ultra clear+ is more of a soft film. To protect my VERY expensive investment, I chose the glass fusion due it's superior protection qualities, being rigid glass and all. I asked them to put it on for me. First attempt was a fail so they grabbed another new one off the shelf for a second attempt. A little better, so I settled as I don't like being picky or critical when someone is trying their best. When I got home to setup my new phone, I noticed the fusion glass has a fairly large and extremely noticable black bezel around the entire perimeter. It is supposed to line up with the very slight black bezel on the S20 plus, but it does NOT, even if aligned perfectly with the screen itself. I was unable to see my edge panel handle/bar due to the black bezel covering it. When in an app with a white border such as chrome, the black bezel literally covered the entire edge of my screen which was to say very annoying and intrusive. The installation was off center so the front camera cutout was not centered and super noticable with the black bezel on the screen protector. Because it wasn't centered properly, the edges began to bubble. I repeatedly pushed them back down only to have them bubble back up. Being a rigid piece of glass with the rounded edges of the phone it has to be absolutely perfectly centered to stand a chance. With the fusion the touch screen seemed a little unresponsive even with the touch sensitivity turned on in settings. Ultrasonic fingerprint worked fine but I did have to press quite hard for it to register each time. I thought that's just how the phone functioned, as this was my first Samsung with the new ultrasonic fingerprint reader. After 2 days I just couldn't take it anymore. The off centered install and invasive black bezel was driving me nuts. You can't really enjoy the rounded edges of the S20 when they are covered! Also the thickness of the fusion glass allowed tons of dust and lint to collect at the edges near my phone case (Spigen tough armor, which by the way is an amazing case for the S20 plus) When I went to back to Best Buy, they replaced the screen protector with no questions asked as it was clearly not an acceptable install on their part. I chose to go with the ultra clear+ over another glass fusion. I have the ultra clear+ on my Active 2 watch and it's the best choice I could've made for my watch screen protector. So I gave it a shot for the phone... Even though it's not as rigid as the fusion glass. I decided to install it myself this time. I took my time and followed the tutorial video to a T, just like I did with my watch install. I just cant believe how smooth it went on, zero bubbles, zero issues. It literally looks like it was installed in a factory. By wayy far the easiest and most successful screen protector I've ever put on a phone hands down and I can tell you I've attempted many (and ultimately ended up using far fewer than I attempted) in my day. Most bubble on the rounded edges and just don't feel natural or fitting with the high end devices out today. Most of these were Zagg products and I've had varying degrees of success across multiple different lines. I'm just in love with the ultra clear+, now having one of my phone and my watch, both are flawless. The ultra clear+ for the S20 plus does NOT have the black bezel around the edge, so I can now see 100% of my beautiful new screen, edge handle and all! The cutout around the front camera is centered and is just about invisible due to the "no black bezel" feature. The ultra clear (vs the fusion glass) is much thinner so the dust doesn't collect around the edges as much and it fits absolutely perfect with my Spigen Tough Armor case. No interference with the case to screen protector at the edges. The touch screen is so much more responsive than with the fusion glass. I actually had to turn off the touch sensitivity setting. The ultrasonic fingerprint reader is also much more responsive and I don't have to press nearly as hard for it to read and accept my inputs. It forms to the curved edges so much nicer due to being a softer film rather than a rigid glass. The only downside is the impact resistance vs the fusion glass, which is inherent due to the type of material each is made of. In my opinion if you drop your phone and the screen actually cracks or breaks, a screen protector isn't going to save it, probably 8 out of 10 times. They are more for scratch resistance and slight impact resistance, which you still absolutely get with the ultra clear+. I highly doubt the difference in material is going to make or break a difference in my screen breaking or not in an accident, but who knows and each "drop" is unique so it's hard to compare apples to apples. The pros far outweigh the potential cons for me. All in all the ultra clear+ seems to be much cleaner, clearer, much easier to install without bubbles or mishap, more responsive touch screen and fingerprint reader, no intrusive black bezel, thinner so it doesn't catch debris and lint, it forms to the edges flawlessly and the actual texture against your finger while scrolling or swiping is much smoother and softer than the glass. Oh yeah, and finger prints and smudges don't show nearly as bad on the ultra clear+ if that means anything (of course it does!) Really so glad I've found a screen protector I can rely on. I can install without mishaps and actually enjoy having it on my premium device without feeling like I really don't want it there but knowing I should deal with it so I can protect my screen. Absolutely flawless product in my opinion. Also, I've had the ultra clear+ screen protector on my Active 2 watch for about 2 months (also with a Spigen liquid air case) and it doesn't have any scratches, it's not lifting from the edges, no bubbles and when I wipe it down it looks as clean and smooth as the day I installed it. I expect nothing less from the same product on my phone. Even if it's not as tough as the glass and I have to replace it every 6-9months due to minor scratches, it's well worth it for a $20-$25 item to protect my $1200+ device's screen and not hate it being there. And the best part about that is, I know I can install a new one time and again without having to worry about "hopefully getting it right this time." I already have a spare on hand for my watch and for my phone. In my opinion, Zagg has hit a home run with the ultra clear+ for these new devices with rounded edges, superior screen quality and advanced touch screen functions. Give it a try and you follow the install instructions, I highly doubt anyone could be disappointed with the ultra clear+ on the S20, S20 plus or S20 Ultra.

Terrible product and way overpriced, the label says specifically for Samsung s20+, but it is not. This is a total failure, this is no glass, thi is a plastic, it doesn't fit very well because it was a black line around the screen protector which prevents you from seeing your entire phone screen, especially the edges, and because it's plastic it creates bubbles and it will not disappear. Don't buy this product it's a total waste of money

Love this screen protector. Would've given this 5 stars but they no longer carry my model in stores and the company charges $11 to ship a "free replacement" under warranty. Overall very satisfied with the product itself though. Holds up very well.

Good product. Easy to install but gets a few bubbles under the screen which are relatively easy to remove over time. Didn't work too well with the case I had, so I switched back to my old Otterbox Defense case. I like the fact that I can replace it when it breaks and it is not filmsy. Definitelywould recommend.

I love Zagg screen protectors. I had one for my S9+ and I bought one for my S20+. My issue with this one is because the edging is black, I can see the sides of the screen where the protector doesn't cover. So the protector does not fit the entire screen of the S20 +. Its mostly just annoying. I can't say if the fact that it doesn't cover the whole screen will affect its effectiveness as a screen protector as I haven't dropped my phone yet. I like the lifetime warranty on the protector and it was easy to install. So 4 stars for that but I wish they made the edging clear.

Easy to apply but hard to get all air bubbles out. It protects from scratches.

The Zagg screen protector s a goo one. It fits well, even over the rounded edges of my phone. Especially as it was installed by a Geek Squad woman with far better skills than I will ever have. No annoying bubbles, creases, or cat hair this time!

i purchased this screen protector on 10/10/2020. I am a very clumsy person and drop my phone a lot. The screen protector has fully protected my phone, and hasn't even scratched. It was super simple to install. The only problem I have is the thin black line of the boarder. It is visible under the camera, but doesn't hinder usage of the phone, it is just annoying.

So far it seems to hold up well. I like the fact it has a lifetime warranty. If for any reason it doesn't hold up, it will be replaced for free. It did get a scratch on it within a few hours but it's not super noticeable.

Ordered Zagg screen protector for my Galaxy S20+5G. Delivery was very fast,and it was an exact fit as well.Im sure my phone is well protected as well as all my previous were thanks to Zagg .

I was looking for a front protection screen for my Samsung note 20. Finally got it. It was fairly easy to put on, but I did end up with a few bubbles. I read the directions and thought it was fairly easy. Oh well. At least the front of my phone is protected.

Shame that a company who has a great Lifetime warranty and make great iphone GLASS protectors wont do the same for samsung.

Nice in the beginning, but too easily scratched. Having to replace it because the screen is unreadable, and peeling off in the corners. It did its job in protecting the phone's screen underneath. Skin oils readily adhere to the surface, have to use a lens cloth to wipe it off more than past glass covers from Zagg that I have owned.

The protection screen is good and protecting my phone, very easy to install.

It was easy to put on but mine after the 3rd day it started getting bubbles in it random spots that I know were clean and that it stuck to when I apply it to my screen there were no air bubbles it went on perfectly but now I get random bubbles that I can either get to go away atleast at the moment an the ones that won't go away.

The first time I bought this cover it lasted 8 months. The second time I bought this cover a hole appeared in the glass with in 3 months. It fits the phone well. I do like cover. Not sure I can recommend it. It's my 1st Samsung and only glass cover I have experience with. I may purchase again.

Protects the screen and is easy to keep clean. Love it.

I love my glass fusion screen protector. It has saved my screen from a serious drop where I not only dropped my phone it but ran over the phone with a handicapped cart. My phone screen survived the drop and rollover. The screen protector took the brunt of both. I highly recommend adding the glass fusion to your phone.
