One pass - that's it. I rubbed back and forth once and had three bubbles (half-dime sized). However, though in the middle of the screen, I was able to work all of them to the edge. Doesn't look like I ever had bubbles now. There are extremely small inconsistencies on the edge in some places, but they're in the non-iluminated portionof the perimeter. I'd give 5 stars but I think the directions could've saved me angst.

The Ultimate Screen Protector

The packaging and instructions and the tray where you lay your cell phone it makes it very very easy to apply the screen protector. It is worth the price . You will find no other screen protector that stands up to its quality I recommend that you only use this ZAGG screen protector.

Pretty good screen protector but bubbles

Also had it professionally put on in the store so no user error on my part.
