Difficult to start...

Then I followed those directions... it would make more sense to only have the alignment holes on ONE end only! Couldn't get it lowered perfectly... lots of bubbles! Had to pull it back up at one end and squigee the bubbles away. But now it doesn't stay down on the side edges...

Verizon didn't have it even though i got my Samsung phone with them. They couldn't even order it. Very frustrating. Went to Best Buy, they had one and installed it for me. They are tricky to put on correctly. Because we have Geek Squad service, install was free. Very pleased. Extremely helpful.

Poor install and product

I had it installed after waiting for almost an hour for help at the store. 5 days later it started to bubble up on the edge. It comes with a lifetime warranty so I figured no big deal I'll get another one when I have time. 3 weeks later and they have zero record of my original purchase so I pay again. This time I waited over an hour because I had a protector put on my Samsung watch as well. Maybe a week later there was bubbles again. Called and was told to bring my phone back for a 3rd try.

Sales associate directed me to the wrong product in Dewitt NY store. Which I in return purchased but had to return. Easy to apply. No problem with this product. When in Charlotte N.C.and purchasing similar items for a phone I later lost, the sales associate new exactly what I needed.
