my new phone

They were horrible and really did not seem to even want to help. I decided to go to Best Buy and their service was just amazing and I was able to walk out with a great phone, that happened to be on sale, and with my Geek Squad program I received 2 years of protection free. I finally got my smile back.

Needed Screen Saver

S21 Samsung phone

They all went out of their way to make sure my new phone was set up properly. Will and Ernesto waited on hold with AT&T for over an hour to get my account set up correctly - there wad a problem. These 3 men were very professional and met my needs.
