No onsite instructions!

The instruction book is about 1 1/2 by 1/2 inch! And printed in grey ink! It says that you should check their website instructions before you do the install. BUT there are none for this model! Screen fell off the mounting paper before I could get it lined up! Took it back and paid to have a new (exchange) installed. Not glass either. Fingernail dents in it already!
