When I followed the directions there wasn't any way to know that in the first step that it pulled the plastic cover off the front protector sheet and I tried several time to put the wrong piece on the phone.

Very difficult to apply to phone. Could not smooth out the bubbles in the screen protector. Just went to my cell phone carrier and obtained another one.

Two stars for being the correct size. The films peels up almost immediately. The clarity barely meets minamal standard. Best Buy never has any to replace it so the warranty means nothing.

Disappointed that top and side edges of the glass are coming up and not sticking after only a week of use. The cheaper shields I bought for the other phones work better and haven’t come off.

Not really happy with this product, to start the sticky part is not as strong, i believe that this product got fame and it went down the hill afterwards. Don't waste your money.

Horrible product. It ripped while I was trying to install it. I ended up buying a tempered glass protector from Amazon, which works much better.

Within a week it already started to lift. There is tons marks, indents and scratches and I am very kind to my phone. Shows every fingerprint and smudge and is really hard to clean. Really disappointed in this product. And I was excited to be going back to non curved edges and having good screen protectors again.

Not the greatest screen protector out there, I was misled to believe this screen protector was a glass protector and it is cheap and challenging to apply to the phone.

Product looked nice and lasted about 3 days. On the 3rd day I felt something stuck on the screen so I rubbed my nail over it and it was the corner of the screen that had lifted up. I had to pull the whole thing off at the time and it came off super easy; it was about as tacky as a sticky note. This was installed by the Best Buy sales associate so no one can say I put it on wrong. Would not recommend.

This thing is a joke, it’s not glass and will not protect your device from potential screen damage. It’s a film that’ll just refrain you from leaving scratches from your nails or keys. Other than that, the quality feels cheap and I know for a fact I want the protector to crack before my screen does.

the directions were very unclear led me to put this on upside down.. definitely not easy to do and can almost certainly find a cheaper one elsewhere.

Too hard to get on. Ruined on first try. Also very expensive.

It's not worth it. It's advertised as "hybrid glass fusion" but it really doesn't seem to be any better than a cheap $5 plastic protector. It gets scratched up very easily and I don't see how it could offer any meaningful protection in case of a fall. I had to take it off because it got scratched up so badly after only a few weeks of use.

Made very poor and very hard to install. Not happy with this screen protector at all, it's waste of good money.

Worked fine until the original one I purchased in May 2021 had to be replaced this January because it had issues with holes.

Like many others mentioned, when pulling off "tab 1", the wrong layer came off, which led to a misapplication that was unsalvageable. Best Buy would not take the item back online, insisting I had to go into a store where someone MIGHT be willing to return it. Last time I was in a store it was a pandemic nightmare -- no social distancing, long waiting lines. So, I'm stuck with a $30 flimsy piece of plastic.

Got it replaced and applied two times, but both the times it started peeling off after a day or two for some reason (I got it applied by BestBuy crew) . 3rd time was okay, and its not peeling off till yet, but even then this being a glass protector, it is leaving marks when it touches any object. All in all, this protector is horrible.

Had it for a month in a half and already peeling off.

Says glass but it’s not. It’s the film protector, or “fusion” as they call it.

It gets the job done, but has started to peel already. I knew it probably wasn't the best going in, but I wish it lasted longer.
