First time using a product like this. In the past it was part of the cases purchased for the phone. Had to buy another one because the first one did not adhere properly and left the screen looking spotty. Directions for the adhesive should be clearer. It looks like the adhesive comes out of the package directly, not from the soft cloth inside.

This screen saver was easy to install and has lasted longer than expected.

It would be nice if the manufacturer would consider marketing a product that won't crack and is more scratch resistance. Market it with a warranty that would provide the consumer incentive to purchase a product that would have an increased price with these additional features. This would make it a desired product. In the long run it would save the company money in that you would not need as many customer service personnel to deal with cracked screens and dissatisfied customers. This product would have a longer shelf life. Current product serves its purpose in providing state of the art screen protection but it falls short of the hassle the consumer has to deal with sending it back to you for a replacement.

The screen protector does the job, but it starts to come off after a few weeks around the edges

I always buy this protective cover - it comes in glass and plastic. To me, there is no difference besides price. My last cover protected my phone from shattering. For best results, I would recommend having Bestbuy install it for you.

I bought this on an accident wanted a glass product but I am not oppose to it's performance. When I am playing games on my phone sometimes it cannot recognize my finger because of the protector. I dropped my phone twice since I put it on no cracks so I really cannot complain about the performance.
