No instructions- it was very difficult to install Waste of money

I installed this exactly per the instructions (I’d done these before with another phone), but the adhesive was stickier on the wrong side, so every time I tried to peel off the positioning layer, the screen protector peeled right off. I left it on for 30 minutes to let the adhesive set but it never worked, no matter how I peeled it off. Such a disappointment and waste of time and money.

when I got home and opened up package. All that was insidethe empty box was a crumbled up screen protector, nothing else. not sure if it was used or messed up at factory. But yeah very disappointed I didn't even get to use it. didn't take back cos they would have just assumed I did it. And with my schedule could not return it even the day I got it. Ill be checking all packages from Best Buy after this.

Not what I expected, was going to return it but was too mad to take it back to the store so I through it away. I have put a few screen protectors on before and never had trouble with them.... After applying the protector to my phone I used the little tool they give you to get the air bubbles out. After using it for a few seconds the screen protector had gotten scratches on it and a few of the bubbles were still underneath the protector. I gave up on it.

I think it is not a good screen protector. Expensive. Thin plastic cover not appropriate for a $750 value Iphone. No instructions attached.

I followed the directions but still ended up with bubbles on the screen that I couldn’t get rid of.

The application process was very difficult. My sister had attempted to apply it and it ended up sticking to it's self and we had to throw it away.

Pain is the rear to work with. You’ve got one good chance to get it right before it gets all janky.

The instruction were terrible to follow and product was difficult to pull apart and secure to screen.

When it was p;aced the phone fall and crash, i buy again because i didnt saw other option

Did not go on easy and it looked terrible. Returned for a refund and bought a glass one instead.

Don't waste your money. After a couple of hours of installation it broke. 25 dollars for nothing

My phone currently does not have a shield on it because I don’t have another $27 right now to buy a new one. It would not stick and then when I finally got it on, it had a dirty yellow tint to it. It was awful. I had to peel it off and throw it away. Couldn’t take it back because I had already tried to apply it and trashed the box.

Needed wet substance to stick to the surface, you're better off with a glass screen protector. This one makes the screen look funny

I followed the directions to apply but it didn't work. I couldn't properly line it up so that the button on the bottom and the opening on the top weren't covered. I was trying to move it so they weren't covered and that caused bubbles. When I used the thing to take out the bubbles, it scratched it. I immediately took it off and bought another kind.

Not impressed. ZAGG usually puts out a great product but this is a pain to put on and good luck getting the bubbles out.

Had a best buy tech put the screen protector on so that it was done correctly. Less than a month later, daughter dropped her phone and her iphone cracked in multiple spots. She even had a case on it. Had to bring to Apple to replace screen. Went back to Best buy and the only thing they did was tell me to buy a different brand and they installed it.

Forgot how much better glass product is. Definitely don’t recommend this old tech

This shield wasn't like my other zagg. This one still feels stickylike. My fingers do not glide over it with ease.
