I was ready to buy a new one and told them I bought it originally at their store. They checked their records and said they would handle the warranty, took off the old one that looked like I took a hammer to it, and underneath was a prefect screen! They had one in stock and it cost me $.65 cents because the price went up in two years. He installed it and they took care of everything else. I can't tell you how happy I am to have my phone looking like it's brand new. Do not leave the store without one!
