so, I have been using the Zagg screen protectors (film version) for many years. and have gotten pretty good at installing these with 0 issues. in fact the last one I installed on the iPhone 6s plus was still working 4 years later. so, I didn't think twice about purchasing the 'hd clear' version from Zagg. Boy, do I wish I had researched this one! the install was terrible. first of all, there was no spray applicator bottle this time, but, there was a 'moist towelette' , called 'application gel'. this threw me for a loop! it says check on Zagg.com for the install video, well, there are no install videos for this version, only for the 'hdx' product! so, I read the mini instructions included. somehow, when told to use the wipe to coat and prime the adhesive - the wipe is so close to the table where I had a soft shirt to protect the phone from being scratched - that I believe the wipe was picking up lint or whatever from the shirt. well, i noticed all of the sudden all these little specs on the adhesive! so, I tried to wipe them all off, but when I put the film on the phone and used the squeegee, it's just made a huge mess! tons of bubbles that no matter how hard you press or how long you try those bubbles are there from whatever that 'wipe' put on the adhesive. so, I had to pull the sticker off the phone. what a mess! I don't recommend this one, but, the 'hdx' I think is the one with a proper install video on Zagg's site, but, guess what? it's out of stock! everywhere apparently so this could be the reason the 'hd clear' ones were the only ones available at Best Buy, I don't really know. do yourself a favor - and research whatever screen protector you get, before you buy one. I for sure will for now on, also, Best Buy will not take these back! so, if it's messed up, I was told I have to send it back to the manufacturer.

I’ve used this particular product on all of my devices for the past 6 years, it is an amazing deal and will last until your phone needs upgraded. However, I ordered one for my new phone and when I opened the package the box for the actual product was all battered and smashed and taped. It looked like the package got smashed and someone taped it up to make sure it stayed closed and shipped it out.

The box contains everything you need to clean the screen prior to installing the Zagg glass. The Zagg glass feels just like the glass on the phone screen & provides maximum protection. This is not the plastic film, it is the glass screen. The best part about Zagg is they honor their lifetime warranty & will send you an exact replacement for the price of shipping in 3-4 days. I have received several replacements over the years without any issues. Don't settle for something less. Don't forget to save the EZ Apply tray...I am not sure Zagg will send you another one if you order a warranty replacement glass.

I told my son, not a scratch and I mean that. He's lucky we got this screen protector because it's saved his bacon a few times and he loves his phone that much. It's slick and strong, almost looks like it is not even on there until you really look at it from an angle. I'll buy this again when necessary!

It’s very easy to apply and has saved my phone through countless drops. Life time warranty is a plus and replacement is very quick and simple the only down fall is that you would have to pay a shipping charge.

This is best described as a protective film, not the HD glass variant I was hoping for. Harder to apply, but once on, worked just fine. No issues with lack of touch sensitivity. Good protectant so far.

The shield itself appears to do its job well and isn't terribly difficult to apply. The only reason I'm giving this a 4-star is that the InvisibleShield HD Clear doesn't show up anywhere on Zagg's website, which makes it difficult to register the product for warranty purposes. I had to contact Customer Service, give them the same information that I had already entered for account registration, and then they registered the products. I suggested that they make a point to actually include their product on their own website!

Fits phone perfect. Case dose not interfere. Installation was easy.

Zagg always has good products. This does the job. A little different from older models in that you just use a wet wipe (provided) to wipe the protector for installation. I prefer the spray as it gets wetter and you can move the protector around to get it in the right spot. I did 2 phones and the second came out better because I learned from the minor mistakes of the first one.

Tech had a hard time installing, but once he got it right, it is good.

A little pricey for one but offers great protection. Installation was a breeze, just follow the directions. I had a few bubbles right after putting it on that I couldn't squeeze out, but they all disappeared within 24 hours. Case friendly, works great with Speck brand.

Got this for my new iPhone XR. I went to my local T-Mobile and they placed it on. Fits perfectly if you have a lifeproof case with no screen protector. This item works like a charm, no bubbles. If so just wait a day and they will disappear. Just read directions.

Actually bought this by mistake, thinking I was buying glass. Have used similar products on iPads. It seems to protect well, but I think I prefer glass. We will see how durable it proves to be. Also got some dust under the film during installation which is annoying.

If you are already casing your phone, this screen is a great way to improve the life of your iphone screen. I have had this model with all my previous phones and it has worked great - it's invisible and feels like it's not even there!

Bought the Zagg for my new phone but I’ve used them for years. I prefer the film instead of glass because the glass tends to crack & chip, though it still saves the phone screen. My daughter had the glass type & it eventually cracked so bad that we had to replace it. With the warranty, you complete the information on Zagg’s website, they send a new on with a postage paid envelope to return the old one & as long as you return it within a certain amount of time, you only pay for shipping, about $6. Beats buying a brand new one! I’ve dropped my phones on tile floors, concrete sidewalks & my driveway & the Zaggs have always kept my screens from shattering.

I bought this screen protector for my son's iPhone 11 after the cheap, $5 screen protector scratched and started to get dust underneath. Since I exclusively use Zagg's InvisibleShield protectors with my iPhones, I purchased this one for my son. The things I like about this screen protector are that it applies easy and though it applies wet, there is no spray bottle, just an adhesive wipe that you wipe down the screen with before applying the protector. I also like that they have an orange guide on the top to guide the installation. Finally, though this says it fits the iPhone XR, it also fits the iPhone 11 perfectly.

Goes on easy. At first I had a few small bubbles but over a few days they disappeared. I haven’t dropped my phone (yet) so can’t say if it protects my screen & I hope I never find out ;)
