Good screen protector

Replaced a glass protector which failed, perhaps due to the curve of the phone face. Even though it was under warranty, Zagg wanted $20 just to ship the replacement!!! Decided to just purchase the film protector. The keyboard responds much better with the film screen protector.

Started coming off after 2 days.

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We had to wait over 45 minutes for a Geek Squad employee to place this shield on the phone, only to find out that the employee who was "an expert" at applying these shields was not available. Another individual attempted to put the shield on and admittedly said it wasn't "the best job" but we could come back if it didn't hold up and they would try again. We did come back (twice) because it started to peel up within two days. Unfortunately, they told us that they didn't know what we were talking about (of course, the employee who did attempt the application nor the "expert" were not in) and we would have to purchase a new one. Beyond frustrated, we acquiesced, only to find out they didn't have the screen protector in stock!! SUPER UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Followed instructions - Failed to stick

Protector would not stay in position as tried to remove bubbles. Adhesive would not stay attached. Ended up taking it off and throwing away.
