Fantastic protector. Glass version is GARBAGE!

I bought the Zagg glass screen protector for my Samsung Galaxy Note 9. My phone's screen has a curved edge & the Zagg glass protector curves to accommodate. The problem is that there's adhesive ONLY ON THE EDGES which allows the protector to flex when you press the screen, and be prepared to press HARD even with sensitivity turned up to the max. The flex, unfortunately, also makes the screen protector extremely fragile. I contacted the ZAGG company online about my screen protector breaking. They sent me everything I needed to return it to receive a FREE REPLACEMENT...the exact same thing and I had to pay $10 shipping to return my broken one. Got my new screen protector and was happy for approximately 1 week, until the new one cracked in 2 places. Neither break was caused by dropping my phone, but, just by regular use. I decided not to return the 2nd one. I bought the good old plastic film version, by ZAGG, that easily curves and HAS ADHESIVE OVER ITS ENTIRE SURFACE. This is a quality, clear film that's easy to apply and to use.

Screen protector has worked itself off twice now

The screen protector has worked itself off twice since I have bought it. Zagg is supposed to have a lifetime(life of the device) warranty. I replaced it once with no problems, second time around I get to the website and try and replace and it says "out of stock". How can something that you are supposed to be able to warranty out be "out of stock? I called their warranty department and waited on the phone for half an hour, which is all good an well as people are working from home because of the Corona Virus. Next thing I know, I hear the connection sound of someone answering and promptly hanging up on me. Very not impressed, would not recommend as the product has worked itself off my device twice in the last year and 4 months, second customer service is non existent it seems...

Protective glass cover pops all phone very easy and fractures very easy. Even though you follow the directions and clean your phone very well the glass still pops off very easily. Although the phone is Warren teed it cost money to send a new one and takes at least a week to get. This cover is a hassle and doesn't last very long. Not worth the Money.

One and done. If you mess up the first time (like I did), it's hard to put it back on. So be patient and if you ruined it, there is a lifetime warranty (with Zagg) but you have to pay for shipping (almost $5). I can see some curling already on the sides but might of been my fault. Too expensive and needs to be a pack of two for the price. If not wait for a sale. Writing with the S-Pen feels fine. I increased the touch sensitivity. Might take it off if these bubbles don't go away. Clear for the most part. Coupled with the Samsung Rugged Protective Cover.

These are good protectors once you get them on right. You need a clean room to make sure you dont get stuff stuck under it. I dont like that they have changed from the spray to a little gel wipe for application. If you can manage to keep from getting stuff stuck under it it works great. It does take a bit to get the edges to stick down and it works fine with my otterbox commuter case.

I have had several Zagg screen protectors over the years and found that the installation is generally straightforward. For this particular installation, when I pulled off the first layer I did not realize that the sticky side was not exposed as expected but was still on the original sheet. I only figured this out after several attempts to lift off the the yellow part only to see that the film wasn't sticking because it wasn't there. I did have enough of the wet wipe solution to get the film on, but since I didn't have the yellow guide to line things up it wasn't as good as I hoped. None the less, it dried well with no bubbles and the only issue is the top right corner that didn't stay flush when I put my case back on. I prefer this one over the HD glass version.

This is not something to protect your phone. This will not protect it other than from the things inside your pocket or purse. I'm sure that the screen can crack with this. I'm good at installing the glass protectors, but this is a pain to install. No matter how clean your hands are, if you have to pull this up to adjust, you will have stuff on it you can't remove. It's so hard to center this, so if you're off by a little then your case will lift up one side. This is like tape on your screen. Good things about it? Sure. It's clear so you see your screens colors accurately, it protects from scratches, and it really really sticks.

A screen protector on a 1000+ dollar phone is a must, but the curved screen is a pain, my experience with glass screen protectors on the curved screens of galaxy phones has been bad, So, this time around I decided to go with a plastic scratch resistant screen protector this time around. It's faily ok to install, clean the phone, use the included adhesive applicator pad, line up the screen protector with the tabs, and use the squeegee thing it comes with to push out the small air pockets and then rage for the rest of the week that despite cleaning it, and being careful you still managed to trap a particle of dust or dirt or whatever under the screen protector.

DO NOT attempt to install yourself. The guys at BB nicely offered to install & took them 2 trials ruining the first screen. Installation took a good half hour. It does not feel like a hard screen shell, rather a pliable stick on. A bit grainy, lightly obscures the screen (very noticeable when screen is off) Luckily I haven't dropped my phone YET however I really doubt if it will protect the actual screen beneath. I've tried several cases with screen protectors and this "shield" at least sticks to the screen . It is better than nothing but far from a must have.

Definitely recommend to have a good light source when putting this on, but for a DIY screen protector, this is a fantastic screen protector so far. I put mine on a Note8, so it doesn't quite fit, but it fits well enough to do the job, which is what I wanted. Still has some bubbles, but I was also doing it in poor light, so I acknowledge that as my fault. Might have someone else install if I need another

Like most film screen protectors, it probably won't provide as much protection against breakage as a glass one, but it is hardly noticeable and should work very well for scratches. I was concerned when applying it because of the bubbles which seemed impossible to get rid of and seemed too big to go away, They all did go away after about 24 hours so I was pleasantly surprised. Works well with my case.

This screen protector did well, but be careful which case you get with it. I had it with an otter box case, and the protector met right up with the case edge, cause the edge of the protector not to stay on the screen. Other than that, it worked well covering the screen and protected the majority of my screen. It was very clear and smooth.

$25 for a screen protector is a bit insane, but what keeps me from buying those cheaper amazon ones is the fact that it protected my phone from a face down drop. That might've been due to the material of it. But it does leave a trail whenever I use my s pen, but they go away eventually.

The installation is difficult due to the mechanism of placing the sticky side of the screen protector onto the phone and easily can be slightly just the smallest amount not correctly on the screen display which is a huge thing on a phone like this especially with the curved screen. Also if you have almost any type of decently protective case even the thinner ones - this screen protector can easily get caught on the sides and have the case pull it off slightly making a weird area of raised screen protector never fully flattened back onto the screen where that area of the case was. It works for the screen to a point that I wouldn't say go out of your way to not use it if you need a protector and this is really one of no other or only worse options but I wouldn't highly recommend choosing this over almost anything on amazon with a good rating (because the choices at best buy all are extremely poor for samsung note 9 screen protectors - speaking from experience) I haven't had the protector get a crack and then break off into pieces like most have done eventually so I don't know if actually my screen has been perfectly maintained underneath but it appears to not have any damage etc.

this was the only one i could find at best buy. i tried to put it on but that was a mistake. so i paid to have best buy put it on. it came out better, but it starting to lift from the edges after about 3 weeks. it does come with a life time warranty. looks like I'll have to find something else or take it back and have new on put on.

Installation was a bit challenging. The instructions that come with it are incorrect, but if you can figure out what you're ACTUALLY supposed to do, you shouldn't have any issues. It doesn't seem to be cut evenly, so it may overlap your phone in a couple of places, but it doesn't affect the functionality of the phone all that much. Bear in mind, this is a film. It's like a big sticker. This is NOT glass. I can't speak to performance yet, as I haven't dropped my phone. Obviously, I'm hoping I won't drop the phone, but stuff happens. Overall, I'm happy with it and think it'll work well. It seems to adhere to the screen really well and hasn't given me any issues, so I'm happy so far.

My only complaint is that it's kind of difficult to apply it. Once it sticks to the screen, its hard to take off if you don't accurately place it in position. I followed the directions but still had to remove to align again. Lots of air bubbles that eventually squeezed out but now it works perfectly! I love that it sticks on even if you have a case protector on. I had other screen protectors that would get caught on the edges of the side of the screen since it curves and would start to come off if I took the case of. This one doesn't do that and securely sticks to the screen. I would recommend to practice placing on a couple times before actually applying to the screen.
