Paid top dollar for this screen protector because I have used Zagg products in the past as well as others and I like Zagg the best. I took away 1 star because of the generic instructions and confusion I had with which side is appled to the face of the device. This product has a removable facing on both sides and a simple indicator of which side is which would save time and confusion (for me at least). The insturctions were also unclear in that you must peel BOTH of the temporary facings off BEFORE you apply it to the device. If you apply it to the device first and then try to peel off the top surface protector afterwords, it will release it from the device as you try to peel it off. The instructions say something vague about "If your product has.....". At the price of this protector a product specific clearly written instruction sheet should not be an unreasonable request. It may have well been me not understanding it but I don't think so. Just be sure you read and understand the application method before you begin.

the product has easy to follow instructions .I followed them .let my I pad set for the recommended time. the screen protector was pre cut too short and didn't go all the way to the edge.My child found the corner and in two seconds flat pulled it off and completely damaged it.

Great screen protector. My friend had one on her iPad. A few weeks after I bought my iPad and had this installed she bought a newer iPad and put a matte screen protector on it. After two weeks of seeing mine at work she tore off the matte screen protector and had this installed! We're both happy with our purchases. Matte Is easier to see outside but this displays a sharper image inside.

old screen saver had spots and some rips. BBUY staff replaced with new one same day

I paid extra to have BestBuy put this shield on for me, and it still got bubbles during the process. Fortunately, they redid it at no charge, but even the second time around it came out with a few bubbles on it (albeit smaller & more around the edges so less of a big deal).
