I had to order a new screen protector twice since buying the screen protector. But I took two stars away because you have to go through ZAGG in order to get the lifetime replacement. I thought I can just go straight to Best Buy with my review the as proof Buy they couldn’t replace it. So I have to go online and do the replacement. But overall a great screen protector if you take care of your phone.
