The Cell Phone lady was awesome and helped me log in to Zagg and get a new screen ordered. I tried at home but was unsuccessful. She slapped a new screen on my husband’s phone too. I wish I remembered her name. She seemed to be a manager as other associates asked her about duties. About two weeks later, mt new Zagg screen arrived and I went back to Best Buy to get the new screen installed.
