I didn't realize it had cracked until I saw blood. Not a bad cut. But unexpected. So, I decided not to get a replacement. My phone is still in good condition without it.

Don’t buy

The Best Buy employee tried multiple times to get the shield to stick properly and it just wouldn’t. I went to two different Zagg booths in the mall and they both did awful installs. I finally went to the Apple store and had them install a Belkin shield and they did it properly.
