The phone was fine, but sure wasn't expecting the shield to crack so easily. While Zagg was quick in sending a replacement, they do charge for shipping. So not exactly a free replacement. Also it certainly didn't hold up very long!

Mine is holding up well and the finger feel of it is nice. It's smoother than some other screen protectors I've used. However, my spouse's got broken at the edge at the first drop. For forty bucks, I expected more even if they lifetime guarantee it.
