Screen cracked after phone dropped

The protector prevented scratches but it will not always prevents cracks when the phone is dropped.

iPhone 7 Protector Disappointed

I told my grandson that we need to return the item because it did not last to protect his phone which had to be replaced in May because of a cracked screen.

They are great at replacing them if you drop and crack it-which does happen but it can be a hassle and make sure you hold on to the receipt and packaging. I prefer and enclosed case so I don't need one of these. There expensive and you have to pay to have it put on.

That has been both my and my daughter’s experience. We have subsequently purchased Otter Box Defender cases, which, in my opinion, are a better buy.
