I've only had the glass screen for 5 weeks and it is already chipped. I have my phone in a high quality case so no idea how this happened. Took it back to Best Buy because I paid a fee for them to put it on correctly and cust svc rep in the phone area told me not his problem and I would have to call Zagg to get it replaced. Kind of irritated me because I paid Best Buy to put it on.

This protector leaves the edge of the screen unprotected. I have already pulled it off and will be replacing it.

This protector only adheres to the phone around the edges. The result is needing to apply significantly more pressure to register anything on the phone screen. It does, however, do the job of protecting the screen from damage. But once it did that job and was cracked, I replaced with something else.

nice shield but very difficult to apply. have used this previously and don't remember it being so difficult.

The clef sheiks skresdh cracked in less than a month. However they are sending me a new one free of charge

My new Zagg Screen Protector has not proven to be as durable as advertised. The sides have chipped in 2 places within 1 month of use. I will have to rely on Zagg to replace this item as part of their guarantee and ill also invest in a case that surrounds all edges as to prevent this inevitable damage. For now, a high price to pay for an easily damaged "ding proof" product.

i recently bought a zagg hd glass for my daughter’s iphone, very sturdy & affordable. get one.

In less than one billing cycle 3 of the 4 we bought for our IPhones have already cracked somewhere. Annoying

It protects the phone, but we had a hard time getting it on and staying clean in the process.

Decent product for the price. Not as heavy duty as some more expensive screen protectors.

I love zagg products but this screen protector doesn't fit right. It doesn't go all the way to the edges.

Works and looks fine, but the edges don’t stick flat. Eventually dirt and dust will make it worse.

I've only had this screen for a month and there is already a crack in it that is starting to spider out.

The edges started coming off after only a few days. Do yourself a favor and buy bodyguardz pure glass.

Looks and feels good on the phone but it chips and cracks easily. Already on my third one.

Not an easy installation. Had a bubble and then left side popped up. Will have to replace. Pain!!

It is tricky to put on, it went on a little off center. Have someone put it on for you.

I have purchased a few of these. They are ok l, but the corners seem to crack to easy.

Mine has a little bubble that I can't get rid off. A bit annoying but overall an OK product.

Not the best screen protector. Dropped the phone the other day and the glass shattered
