There is a gap between the shield and the otter box case on both sides. It fits top to bottom fine but not side to side. The one for my iPhone 6 fit correctly, but the ones for the iPhone 7 don't

I am currently on my third screen in just 4 months. Lifetime replacements are great but when you have to pay $10 a piece it just isn't worth it.

You have to pay for shipping on the replacement, other than that it's free. If it continues to happen and chip then I might have to look into a refund.
