the screen protector cracked within a month of purchasing. I called customer service and they are sending me a new one to replace it! That easy and no extra cost to me. Worked while it was on phone

This is an expensive screen shield, so I expect something really good. It feels great on fingers and image quality is not degraded. It already protected my screen from 3 falls and the screen was only damaged in one of them because the phone was hit exactly where it is not protected with shield (in the corner). Anyway, the screen shield is damaged and I already requested my replacement because it has lifetime warranty (GOOD). But you have to pay for shipping (BAD). It would have been great if they had free standard shipping. You have to use a case to protect the entire phone. Shield DOES NOT cover the entire screen. I do recommend this product anyway. It is expensive but is more expensive to pay for screen replacement.

Waste of money. 40 bucks plus the 7 for installation. Save your money. You'd do better with a plastic bag on it. Smh.

Awesome screen protector once installed. I didn't test the warranty but supposedly they will replace it for free if it ever breaks. The first one was broken when I opened the package so we took it back to the store. This is where we decided to pay them to install it instead of taking it home to on our own. The store guy broke the first 2 trying to install it and finally got it on the 3rd try. They seem to be delicate and fragile until they are installed so good luck if you decide to do it yourself. Better to pay a few bucks and get it on there right without having to wait for a replacement in the mail from the warranty in my opinion.

Both my dad and I purchased these HD Glass screen protectors for our iPhone 6S Pluses, and they both had haloing issues from the start (the adhesive layer of the protector would either not adhere properly, or would peel off from its adjacent layer) right along the edges of them. Since then, I have had to call ZAGG 4 times to get warranty replacements - 3 times for me and once for my dad. The first HD Glass protector (the one I got in a Best Buy store) had this issue, but it wasn't terrible. My dad's original had this issue worse than my original, but ZAGG had no problem just immediately changing him from the HD Glass to the regular Glass. My first warranty replacement was a little worse than my original, the second replacement was worse than the first replacement, and the third and current protector I have on my phone as I am typing this review is bar-none the worst I have seen out of ANY screen protector I've seen on ANY phone. So, ZAGG agreed to [downgrade] both of us to the regular ZAGG Glass screen protectors via our warranties, as per my request. Note that the HD Glass and regular Glass protectors are the same price. This haloing issue makes me wonder why Best Buy has an exclusive deal on these screen protectors - perhaps because they are junk to start with? They would be the perfect screen protector if this issue didn't occur on all 4 protectors I've had my hands on. They are indeed extremely oil-resistant and there aren't any rippling effects in the glass, as the "HD" in "HD Glass" suggests, where there are rippling effects in the regular ZAGG Glass protector. Also, the UV-resistance feature helps you see in direct sunlight, which is kind of nice. In any case, these niceties don't matter if the screen protector won't stay adhered on the screen. I say SKIP these protectors completely and get the regular ZAGG Glass protectors. I had one on my old iPhone 6 since its release day and it stayed stuck on there and almost scratch-free until I traded it in for my 6S Plus a year and a half later. P.S. ZAGG's warranty system is AWESOME! The customer service they provide is absolutely top notch. Just provide the information they ask, mail your original protector to them in their provided paid envelope included with the warranty replacement they ship you within the return period of 60-days, and you'll be set to go! FYI - The first picture is of my original HD Glass protector and the second picture is of my current HD Glass protector. Notice how bad the current one is.

This is my first time using a Zagg tempered glass screen protector, although I've used Zagg protectors for years. Friends had recommended tempered glass protectors, so I decided to give this one a try on my iPhone 6 Plus. Included in the pack is a moist wipe and small cloth to clean the screen and remove any debris, ensuring you don't have dust particles trapped beneath the protector. The protector includes tabs for easy alignment before affixing the protector to the phone itself. What can I say? In less than five minutes, my new screen protector was installed. My phone has already taken a tumble or two, and both the phone screen and this protector were undamaged. Obviously the job of the screen protector is to protect the screen and thus far it has done just that, without getting damaged itself. And as a past Zagg user, the quality of the product is tip-top.

Nice but expensive. I bought this product for Iphone 6s plus. Must be installed perfectly centered because the Iphone 6s plus has curved edges. If not installed centered perfectly the glass will not adhere and will have air bubbles. This is because the glass is rigid and not like other flexible plastics. I would still go with this glass protector over a plastic one.

I like no screen protector. The glass protector gives the best feel. It's super clear and easy to clean. That's the good. Here's the bad. Obviously it's glass it's fragile. The curved edge of the iPhone won't allow the screen protector to be 100% adhered to the phone. If you try to push down on the glass it will crack. They have a great warranty though.

If you don't like cases that have the plastic protector because it inhibits your touchscreen sensitivity, I would highly suggest this and either the Otterbox Commuter (does not have the plastic screen that will interfere with the glass shield) or the Speck cases in combination. This shield significantly reduces the likelihood of your actual screen breaking, even without a case. It fits the screen like a glove and will actually freak you out when it cracks because it looks like your phone screen cracked, but it didn't! The most important thing to remember is to have someone who knows how to install it to do it for you or you will render the product completely useless, waste your money and chance cracking the real screen if it starts to come off. This is where Mobile Department's or Geek Squad's install charge makes its case if no one you know can install it correctly and effectively.

The cover has great protection but I notice it is loose at the edges of the phone. Not sure what is causing that. Other than that it is very clear and does not scratch.

So I bought a ZAGG Glass screen protector for my brand new iPhone 6S Plus, and loved it, loved it. But a week ago, my phone had some trouble, and I had to go in for service. I called ZAGG to see if there was a way to remove it and put it on another phone if they swapped it for me. I was told it can be done, but...if anything went wrong, and it broke in the process, they would mail me one right out because of their lifetime warranty. I got a new phone, I broke the ZAGG Glass right in the Apple Store taking it off my old phone, and called ZAGG and went through a quick, pleasant phone call, and my new Glass screen protector is on its way to me now. Love it when people do what they say. Great company, great product!

Tempered glass is the best screen protector. I dropped my phone several times. On the third or fourth drop, I started to see cracks. i was concerned, thinking it was the phone's glass screen. But it was not! The Zagg protector took the hit. When I peeled it off, my iPhone's glass screen was unharmed. Here's the best part - if you register your Zagg screen protector, you can return the cracked screen protector and they will replace it for a nominal shipping fee. You have the option to upgrade to a higher model for an additional cost. My wife had the same experience as I did and returned her Zagg screen protector and upgraded to the new Glass Luxe in rose gold for a mere $10. Great deal overall. Go Zagg!

Every time I've bought screen protectors, they've been the plastic ones and have been scratched within the first day it's on the phone. With this glass screen protector, there isn't a single scratch on it and I've had it on my phone for almost 3 months. I was told when I bought it that if I were to drop my phone, the screen protector would absorb most, if not all, of the impact and hopefully help me avoid having to replace my iPhone screen. On top of that, with this brand of glass screen protector, if it is damaged, I can send it back and get a replacement, only paying for S&H. I will definitely be getting this glass screen protector for my phones in the future, as long as they're available.

The Zagg is a great screen protector! We've been using them on our phones for years. It's nice to have the added protection for the screen, since it's the most likely thing that could be damaged when the phone gets dropped. And Zagg has a life time warranty for all their screen protectors, so as long as you go online and register it, you'll never have to purchase another one. You can't beat that! And Best Buy will put them on your phone for you. Once you pay the "application fee" to Best Buy, you can take your receipt, with the paid fee on it, and your new, replaced by Zagg, screen protector into Best Buy, and it's all good! All around, it's a great buy!

Ordered this screen protector for my husband's iPhone 6plus, after having had it on my iPhone 6s for a few months. We have been very pleased with both screen protectors, except within the past few days, mine seems to have chipped slightly on the side. I have no idea how it happened, but so far, it has not spread or affected the rest of the cover. I intend to contact Zagg to see if this defect is covered under their warranty. Other than that, this product is great. It is easy to apply and shows significantly less finger prints than before I applied the screen protector.

Zagg screen protectors are always the best. They ensure that the screen stays scratch free and clear. The only problem is with installation. It seems like no matter how much you try to make sure that there is no debris on the screen, it never fails that there are a speck or two that show up. It's darn near impossible to avoid. But I'll always use Zagg as I've had to replace a "damaged" protector and the process is super easy to do!

Wasn't overly thrilled with the installation compared to some other zag products but once in place it fits seamlessly and protects great

If not better just because of the smoothness of the shield protector; not like all the other rubbery ones that peel and stretch/shrink over time; this one is a solid nearly hard plastic, yet thin, best screen protector i have had with all my phones. I have bumped it, dropped my keys on it and not a mark - as the ones of the past would leave an indent. Just be careful when applying it. It will crack if bent too much - Best Buy replaced it (my mistake) without any question. A bit pricey, but well worth for a smooth function of your phone - just like the factory glass but a little smoother!

Bought this as a replacement! My husband had one on his phone and was convinced he had cracked his screen when his phone got crushed going through airport security. Went for over a month thinking it was the screen but didn't have time to take it in and figured the cover was keeping it together. Finally took the protector off and realized that was what cracked, his phone was perfectly fine!!! Definitely worth the money!
