I like the protection, however part of it has not sealed to my phone. The salesperson at Best Buy put it on my phone. A few days later I saw that one side did not seal completely against the phone. It comes with a lifetime warranty, but I haven't found out if getting a new one would be covered, and I don't know if a new one would seal better!? Expensive price for poor seal.

Had a hard time attaching to phone and wouldn't stay stuck.

I cracks this as soon as I opened the product I decided to put it on anyway and its lasted a good while

The coustmer service was amazing. He really helped me learn everything I needed for my new phone.

My son said he would not get this brand again. He is not happy with this screen protector.

I purchased the zagg on recommendation if the salesperson and due to perceived quality. Unfortunately, the warranty replacement costs as much or more than the phone repair shops standard offer.

I took the shield on my phone to the store right after it happened. Was told I would have too contact zagg for a new one. The employee also told me I should wait till it had more cracks before replacing. ,It was not 24 hours old! My previous screen protector lasted 4 years! I had the phone in a case very soon after purchase. I feel it should have been replaced when I went in it could have been installation error.

While the product is a good one I can only give this a 2 stars because of the installation instructions. Very unclear and we ended up messing up the screen and had to return it.

Screen protetor and screen both broke. I bought this screen protector on the advice of the sales rep at Best Buy when I bought my iPhone7. He recommended it over others that they sold because it would warranty the screen. WRONG. Because the screen protetor broke, I can send it back and get a discounted protetor. Some of their protectors do reimburse a small fee to fix your screen. They do not warrenty the screen nor give the protection I was promised. Scratch protection yes. No more

Having used Zagg glass products since they came out, i am more than comfortable in using and applying them to phones and tablets. I put this on my daughters Iphone 5s which had a blemish free screen. The screen appeared darker and fuzzy compared to the one i had on previous. It was unusable to the point of I just took it off. Unfortunately best buy would not take this back as i had to sdestroy the box to get it open. Advised me to send it back to Zagg. Will not buy Zagg from best buy again.
