These things practically self-install. Although, if for some reason there's a factory defect, Best Buy won't do exchange unless they install it. If you're able at all, don't pay the $15 for them to install. Zagg stands behind their products well.

ZAGG’s screen protectors are excellent. They may not be the cheapest, but you do get what you pay for. If you take the time to apply them correctly, ZAGG screens will last - mine typically survive the lifetime of my device (2-3 years +).

I can feel much better knowing my son's phone is protected.

I will never not have a Zagg protector on my screen. It feels natural and doesn’t mess with the touch screen capabilities. And when it (inevitably in my case) ends up broken, they send me a new one for free through lifetime warranty program.

This is a must have for any iPhone XS. The screen is supposed to be more resistant to scratches and breaks, but my wife's was scratched within 10 days. This is a far cheaper option than having to replace the screen somewhere down the road.

Best Buy up-sold me on this screen protector. I don’t normally use one and I’m not usually reckless with my phone. I dropped my phone ONCE and the screen protector cracked. Thankfully not my phone. And luckily ZAGG has a lifetime warranty. Otherwise this is garbage.

Protects very well. Shows scratches quickly though.

Love these protectors since they have lifetime guarantee. All you have to do is register the product at time of purchase and everytime it chips or breaks they replace it, you just pay shipping $5.

I've been getting zagg screen protectors for years and this one wasn't any different in quality but I messed up when applying and had to remove and reapply only once and now there are many bubbles on the outside edges. If I wouldn't have messed up the first application It would have been seemless with my phone.

I bought this when I bought my phone. Yes I feel it adds an additional layer of protection but does it work. I haven’t dropped my phone and the protector is already cracking on the edge due to what? I’m not sure and for the price you pay. I believe it shouldn’t do that.

I got this as a recommendation from an employee, seemed to work find for a couple of weeks and then i noticed it chipped on the side when i slide my finger across and got a tiny cut. the phone was never dropped and its been handled with care not sure what caused this chip

I’ve been using this screen protector for a few weeks and it’s been holding up well. That being said I haven’t dropped my phone during that time so I don’t know how well it will hold up with a drop. The only thing is dust seems to get stuck at the edges of the screen protector and it’s kind of annoying.

Good product to protect phone from scratches and breaks

Everything is good about this lap top except the fact when I use this for business purposes and need to get an electronic signature, I need to switch to a different browser other than Internet Explorer. I understand this is not the product issue but can we somehow make these devices compatible with other browsers?

Great protection but doesn’t fit the X all the way to the edges like I thought it would.

With the addition of the screen protector it does make the sensitive of my phone screen less responsive, even after turning the sensitivity all the way up. I would still put the protector on my phone though as I would rather have a less sensitive screen than a cracked screen. The installation guide was a plus as well.
