I'm not sure what happen, but I'm going to keep it on my phone until I can replace it which isn't any time soon. A few days after I made the purchase, I have dropped my phone a handful of times and have had no issues.

Protects screen

It cost $38.00 plus I paid $8.95 to have it installed by Best Buy and it chipped right away. I stopped at a Zagg Kiosk in Northtown Mall and he would gladly replace for $10.95 install price since it has a ""lifetime"" warranty. Why should I have to pay again for installation?

Great but not lasting

Having to dig a tiny shard of glass out of your finger because you scrolled to the next page in your book is not a good thing..
