Zagg is a great company to deal with and has great customer service. To get a replacement just go online and submit a warranty request and pay for shipping. When received just put the old protector in the supplied prepaid envelope and drop in the mail. Just make sure that you fill out the warranty information when you first get it.

I was happy with it I wish the price was lower. I am so happy I had the best buy employ to put it on because they even missed up and have to get another one to replace the one they missed up. The screen protector is fine. The instructions were easy to read as I installed it myself. The only problem, it was too big for my tablet, so the right side was a bit away from the screen so the touch didn't work so good.

This screen protector works fairly well. The corners where they intersected with the case came up a little. It is a HD screen protector and the screen remained sharp even after applying it.

By far the best screen protector. I have ZAGG not only on my TabA but both of my phones. My previous cell phones and tablets has had them as well. Really, won't go without them. I highly recommend ZAGG!
