Tried to return it, but Best Buy customer service is lousy and didn’t even let me exchange it. Customer service for Zagg is a joke as well. Almost made me return my watch and purchase it elsewhere, because of their lack willingness to help their customer.

Made no sense to me to pay for shipping rather than buying another if needed. Their service isn’t good.
