The shield was put on.by best buy emplouyees. It had air bubbles under it so over time it came loose. I could sent it back under warranty but it will lose 5.99 To get the new shield and I need to return the old one.

I out the screen protector on after cleaning the screen properly, but the screen protector didn't stick onto my Fitbit. Very disappointed. Wasted my money.

Applying this protector proved to be difficult. Followed directions, and it did not apply very well. Maybe I should have watched the video. Not happy with what I paid and the end result of how it bubbles on the screen.

Purchased two of these for two fit bits - one would not even stick to fit bit screen. The other went on fine but started to peel back on the edges after about a week.

Bought the invisible shield to protect my Fitbit. Although I had someone from the Geek Squad to help me put it on, it fell off in less than a week. Very disappointed considering the cost.

I followed all instructions exactly. Screen protector fell off watch on the second day after install. Total waste of an overpriced item.

Let me start by saying I am a huge fan of ZAGG. I have ZAGG screen protectors on all my devices and my kids devices. I have put them on several times, so I know how it's done. I still read and follow the instructions every time because I don't want to screw it up. This is a huge disappointment. I could not get this to stick on the glass. I read and reread the instructions only to discover this is not going to work. Very disappointed with ZAGG for this device. Looking for other options.

Like all zagg products this screen protectors instructions were unclear and the protector didnt cover the full screen.

$15 bucks for a small piece of plastic, mine has started coming up on a corner, had to cut it off, it would no longer stay down. Not worth the cost.

it would stick to the face of my fitbit charge 2. Had a hard time making it work/stay. ended up throwing away.

This item keeps the fitbit from getting scratched. But is not clear has streaks from the yellow film.

Got home with the $15 box, just a thin layer of clear adhesive, 3 days later i noticed a mark in the middle of it, not able to clean it off.

They should come with the fitbit. It is very cheaply made. For the price you should get 5 of them. Only last a month. Now using scotch tape.

May be my fault, but this item didn't work. Fell off within minutes and not able to reattach.

Noticed it was gone during a workout session at the gym like it just fell off, not cool.

This product is no good if you try to install yourself. Have Best Buy install or you will likely waste your money like I did.
