I LIKE THE SCREEN PROTECTOR, IT'S CLEAR AND BUBBLES ARE ALMOST NON EXISTANT. NOT VERY EASY TO APPLY AND I THINK BEST BUY SHOULD HAVE APPLIED IT FOR FREE AS A CUSTOMER COURTESY WHEN I PURCHASED IT WITH MY SURFACE AND KEYBOARD, INSTEAD OF WANTING AN ADDIIONAL FEE.

Took a long time to put on and had to wait a day for water to dry. Thought I had all the bubbles out but missed a few small ones. No way to get rid of them after it dries. Can't really see them when system is on unless I really look hard for them.

I always buy a ZAGG Invisible Shield for all of my touch screen products. You have to be careful when applying the protector, but they have saved numerous products from my wife. The cover doesn't seem to affect the experience of using the touch screen and makes wiping off greasy fingerprints so much easier. This particular model works great for the Microsoft Surface Tablet.

It was a bit tricky to put on and the instructions do not explain how very well. I manage to get it on, with few air bubbles, but it was only because I had seen them put on a screen before. Good protector so far, assuming I really got it on right.

I like that there is a life time warranty for the screen protector. Easy to keep clean and very durable. Texture allows for your fingers to glide easily across the screen Highly recommended for any type of screen on any device.

The ZAGG screen protector works as planned. I've had other ZAGG screen protector products and they all exceed my expectations. I'd never buy a screen protector that wasn't ZAGG (so long as I have a choice in the matter). Highly recommend to protect any and all of your devices.

I bought this for my father who is not experienced with computer use, he is able to use it with ease and it does not make the Surface bulky or heavy. Great response, and I can use it as a faster experienced typer. It is a little loud for my preference, but I mostly use the touch cover keyboard to avoid the sound associated with faster typing.

Another great zagg product, install screen protector is not easy but with some patients it turned out ok, crystal clear. Does leave streaks on touch screen and needs to wipe clean often, wouldn't have a surface without it

love the way it covers the screen and doesn't show bubbles or marks on the screen. I appreciated the way the tech helped install the item on the pad. we have had several items in the past. seems as though this protector is better than the previous items

I like the screen protector for the Surface Pro 2. It is thick so that I don't have to worry about the screen being affected. I only wish that the pen from the Surface Pro 2 left a mark when using it.

Its great, I have not had any problems. When touch the screen u don't see finger prints all over the place

My husband had a hard time getting the thing on the screen and I didn't enjoy the 12 - 24 hour wait after application but the bubbles are gone and screen is protected. I'm happy.

When you spend almost $50 on a screen protector for your expensive toy, you don't expect the pen of that toy to scratch right through the great and powerful shield. Well the surface pro stylus did and it's not like anyone was using Thor like strength to write with it. AnywY, the company will replace the shield for life. Except you have to mail back the old one. It's a waste of mail. But it's pretty nice otherwise.

works great. but geek squad said it would take 4-6 hours to dry when actually it takes 24 hours. product works great just very time consuming especial when you buy a brand new tablet and have to just star at it for a day before you can use it.other then that no problems

Keyboard was functional, but the functions keys (F1, F2, etc) do not work UNLESS if you press the function key...a little weird for me, but bearable to deal with.

Provides protection without altering the touch screen sensitivity. The application of the InvisibleSHIELD HD is tricky and I had the Geek Squad install the shield.
