||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Besides having to go back & have the Best Buy employees reapply the screen (due to bubbles, hair under the screen, large specks of dust, etc.), dealing with ZAGG is terrible. they sent me a replacement, which by the way isn't "free", & it had a small speck of dust embedded in the plastic screen. I contacted them, after twisting arms about it they sent me a new one. so then when I took it back to Best Buy to have it put on I got to hear the whole, "maybe you shouldn't even touch your phone after we put this on." from the employee...
