It will keep the main screen of the phone protected, but the sides pop up and have gathered hair and debris underneath. I would return it, but my phone was dropped and it has a scratch on it, and I'm not sure if they would accept the return. The cost of the protector is quite high, which makes the fact that the sides pop up pretty disappointing. However, when I did drop my phone, it does seem to protect the screen from being scratched. So far at least. But with the side coming up, I worry that it could possibly pop off if I dropped my phone again.

I have been using Zagg products since the company started. I am disappointed with how they marketed this particular screen protector. When I selected this it showed it as Hybrid Glass but in reality it is like a regular screen protector with a glass like l feel. The installation part is smooth and easy. The reason why I rated it fair was because when you put this in a case. The outside of the screen protector will bubble up.

Can't even get my money back, they even had the never tontelle bubbles is normal..... Why do I want a 50 dolllar screen protector if it's going to have bubbles and the touch sensitivity sucks really bad.. this screen protector might be good on other phones but on the note 10 it sucks really bad. So disappointed in bestbuy for saleing junk like this and not being able to give you a refund just exchanges

I have always been a zagg brand user. I have had them on the last 5 phones. This particular protector is the worst one I have ever purchased. It was very easy to install with the tray and tabs. The edges will not stay stuck down. You can smooth the air out and they just pop right back up. I would not recommend this one.

This screen protector is great and gets the job done. Easy to use and the fingerprint scanners works normally with it on. While it offers great protection, I've noticed several scratches on the protector already and i have no idea how they got their. Older ZAGG tempered glass protectors never scratched on me over the years. This one scratches in less than 2 weeks. Just annoying because eventually I will need to get a new one once there's too many scratches and there are pretty expensive. Giving 4 stars because of the quality. Would have been 5 stars if it didn't scratch easily. Still much better than the factory film that comes on the device when you first buy it.

Install was a little stressful to watch, but after a few days the bubbles on the inside do come out. The round edges on the phone however I'm constantly pressing them back down. I dropped my phone a couple weeks later and the hybrid glass protector did it'd job! I need to make time to go in and test the warranty free replacement. I do have to state that I had my fingerprint enabled and after pouring the hybrid glass protector on it mo longer registers my finger. I will make the time to reset and update.

This screen protector does protect your screen from scratches very well. It also doesn't break every time you bump your screen on something like the tempered glass version where you need a replacement. It does work very well with the ultrasonic fingerprint scanner that the phone offers. The sides don't stick particularly well(unless that's related to the installation) which allows dog hair and dust in under the curved edges. The installation of this protector seems rather difficult although best buy offers the installation and I only watched. But it does appear more difficult than other screen protectors like tempered glass. It does feel like your screen, very smooth to the touch and of course zagg does offer lifetime warranty replacements if you have ANY problems at all with it.

Paid for the installation which is great since it will be replaced if anything happens to it. Down side is I've already had two. The first one got indentations within a week and we were told that's the downside of Hybrids. The employee replaced the screen protector but when he was done there were bubbles and it had to be pressed down on the sides repeatedly. I pointed it out and was told it takes about 24 hours to really adhere due to the formula. I gave it a week but couldn't get back in due to store hours. Now the county is on Stay at Home orders and I'm still pressing it down along the edges 3-4 times a day. Not sure if it was the product or the installer. Can't wait to be able to go in and get it replaced, hopefully the right way this time.

Great screen protector for Note 10+

So overall good screen protector. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars because of the following - It protects the screen very well but scratches easily - Actually the application of the screen protector is a task itself, After ruining 5 screen protectors because the red plastic doesnt line up correctly I finally got the 6th s green protector to go on with no bubbles. - Have best buy put it on so that you are not buying every screen protector if you mess up putting it on!!! - Since the screen protector has black along all the edging it almost overlaps the front camera. So to correct this if it's possible for the screen protector company to do away with the black edge it would be nice!

This thing is easy enough to install however the guide places the protector slightly off center for my note 10 plus which I probably wouldn't notice except there is this black border which curves around the punch hole camera so you can clearly see it off by about .5mm. Don't know why that's there as it really intrudes on the screen. It is also kind of pricey for what it offers but overall I feel it's better than the plastic film type screen protectors in both fit and protection.

For you to get the best out of this screen protector . Make sure you work space is extremely clean and free of dust . I'm no pro at this so I messed up one of them and already ordered a replacement. Good things replacements are free just pay shipping. The quality of the plastic is very strong. So it's definitely going to protect against scratches and impact. Definitely use with a good case . It's also case friendly . And overlaps just over the edges .

    Fingerprint Issue Resolved

This screen protector is the best out there. The issue with having to press screen really hard for screen to unlock is simply solved by registering a new fingerprint with the new screen protector on. Mind you, any change to the screen affects how the sensor reads your prints. If you registered prints without a screen protector, and you later add a protector, that slight thickness added would definitely affect the reader. Similarly, if you added a print while you had a protector on, and you eventually removed the protector, the print reader might have trouble reading it. Luckily, the phone gives you the option to add several fingerprints. Hence, I do not delete the old saved prints, but would add new ones upon changing protectors. That way, in case I removed the protector, the old saved prints would match. PLEASE NOTE THAT for security reasons, adding new fingerprints would require you to re-register accounts that you sign in with your prints. You'd have to sign in to those accounts using username and password to re-register new prints with those accounts. I do not see any bubbles on my screen like others have stated. The Best Buy rep told me if any bubbles show up, to bring it back for a replacement at no cost -- and that this is a lifetime warranty.

It does what it does. We don't care for the black border; would have preferred without. The screen itself is overpriced, but you're paying for the services. Best Buy would do it for you and replace it anytime. If you're buying this, don't do it yourself (you won't be able to do it right the first time, and you'll waste it). Pay Best Buy extra to do it for you, and it'll be worth it. We've replaced it 2 times already at Best Buy for the same price.

While the screen is remarkably clear, there are three things to consider: 1) there is a black outline around the edge of the material. That means an omnipresent line around the camera area of the screen that simply doesn't need to be there. It wouldn't be as obtrusive if it weren't so obvious. 2) the edge of the screen (like the phone) is curved, but at an angle that is imperfect, so the adhesive has a hard time staying completely attached to the edges. Moreover, the curvature doesn't extend to the edge of the screen itself, so if you don't have phone shell (like Otterbox, Speck, etc...) there is a small chance you might cut your finger. 3) the screen is thick enough to make the touch sensitivity a bit cumbersome at times. I'm used to an immediate reaction to my fingertip selection of all buttons on any given app. I have to be very sure I press down a bit more completely to perform the same action now. If you have fingerprint ID for your apps - be aware.

Protects very well. Seems to leave faint scratches after leaving in pocket with other hard objects. Edges lift up sometimes, which I think is due to the curved glass and case I purchased. Good screen protector.

So here's the thing. The replacement program for these at bestbuy is great!!! I am not so sure about the actual screen protector itself though. They tend to crack at the slightest drop or spill. With that said though never and I mean never has my screen been damaged once even if the screen protector cracks a few more times after the initial one. I don't get any shards, or anything and the phone is fully functionally. Since I purchased the replacement plan I just go in and get a new screen. I just think they crack to0 easily. However It's better they crack than my phone screen though for sure!
