It has scratched up a lot in a short time, unlike others I have purchased. I did drop it and the impact caused it to have a tiny ding in the cover - but did a good job protecting it, just not enough to get a replacement.

Great for the phone fits and looks nice glad they had

This product feels substantial, and I feel like my smart phone is well protected. Compared to my previous one, a cheaper, thinner model that chipped on the side, I have noticed I need to press just a bit more deliberately to work the phone. But I consider this a small price to pay for what I know is superior protection for my screen.

I was leery about purchasing this product because their base version was terrible. However I have had this Sapphire version for about two months, and no damage or crumbling of the screen protector has occurred even with several drops. Ignore the base version as it is junk,and spend the extra money on this product.

I got this because I wanted the best possible version of a screen protector and I am not disappointed in the slightest. Not only was application easy, but the the feel of the screen protector is excellent. I will defintiely not go back to using any other screen protector, the Zagg glass screen protectors are the way to go

I had high hopes for this shield. Originally I purchased quite a few glass shields for my various devices and have always been impressed with how they've held up to scratching and that they've protected from quite a few bad drops. When I went to replace it, they were sold out, so I decided to try the sapphire. While this shield has held up to cracking, it's extremely scratch prone. After only a few days of having it on, it was already pretty scratched. Granted my wife is a chef and is hard on her phone, but with its claimed "healing" technology, and more expensive price tag, I expected better. Not the worst, but not the best for the money. I'd recommend if you aren't hard on your phone scratch wise but have trouble with drops.

Easy to install, give good protection to my phone.

I had this on my last iPhone and it truly protects your screen. After many drops and getting it caught between 2 glass doors my screen did not break. After getting a new phone I decided to take the glass protector off to see the condition of the actual iPhone screen. The iPhone screen was in perfect condition.

It seems pretty good overall. My only complaint is that it is a finger magnet.

This cover protected my phone from scratches even at a job that can have lots of bumps and scrapes

We purchased a ZAGG for my wife when we purchased our iphones. I didn't put one on mine and she did. After a freak accident of both our phones dropping my screen broke and hers did not. Her screen protector did fracture saving her screen and was replaced by ZAGG. I learned my lesson.

The sheild got a huge scratch within 2 weeks of install. However Zagg replaced the shield right away. When I replaced the sheild my screen underneath was still perfect. It protects the screen very well. Even when I dropped my phone.

I've looked at various glass protectors from different manufacturers. This is the best. A sales person at a different store tried to push a less expensive project. This is protecting a phone that cost about $800, I'll spend the extra $20 and get the best protection I can.
