When got installed it didn’t cover the screen from same brand

This device is fraggile. It does not absorb damage well.

Zagg glass size is too small for this device all around.

I had walked into BestBuy looking for a screen protector and this one caught my attention I bought it and it didn’t stick much to my screen so I had to take it off and throw it out and I lost out on $50.00.

I have had a screen protector on every phone I have ever owned but for some reason this one slides out of place on the screen. The Best Buy employee had put it on perfectly but within a week it has shifted a few millimeters to the left.

I wish I could give this a better rating! I purchased my new phone along with the screen protector on June 11. I noticed two days ago the protector is cracked. I have not dropped my phone, nor has anything heavy been placed on it. I also paid Best Buy to have it installed by the salesperson I was working with. It is great I have the Zagg warranty, but to have to even pay $5.99 for shipping FIFTEEN DAYS after purchase, really torques me off. $5.99 certainly isn't going to break me, but it is the principal of the matter.

I've had the cover for two weeks, Never dropped the phone and it developed a small shatter directly in the middle of the screen. a 50 dollar product should not do this.

Supposed to be very hard. This is not true. It scratches easily. Just in and out of my pocket for 2 weeks and the surface is scratched in several places.

This does not cover the entire screen. It is too narrow so it leaves a thin part of the screen on each side exposed. It looks like a lines is going down each side of the screen.

Seemed like it was good quality but after 3 attempts at installing the screen it just had dust all over the adhesive side and would stick with a bunch of air bubbles

Glass protector already cracked in half and a 2nd glass protector didn’t cure properly to screen on 1 corner.

This screen protector is not as good as the glass screen and it cost more. It's only a few months old and scratched up already and harder to clean.

The glass was too small for the IPhone XS screen. The Best Buy person had a hard time getting it lined up well and had to put on a second screen after breaking the first one. Second one still didn’t go smooth and has a couple bubbles on the edges. To swipe on the screen you will scrape your thumb and it isn’t as smooth of a screen as it should be. Mostly because it is too small.

I buy a one of these shields when I get a new phone but this one will not stay in place keeps sliding even in a case

The screen protector has a surface scratch with a few weeks of usage !

Zagg is great, but the sapphire defense screen protector does that work with iPhone face recognition .

Foggy and air bubbles 2nd purchase didn’t submit warranty

I have always installed screen protectors on my phones and have always found it to be quite simple to do, until I tried to install this one. I could not get it to align right and I was never able to get all the air pockets out. I eventually ended up peeling the screen protector off and going without.

But not the best. I didn’t care for the feel of it and it peeled off easily

You’ll be much better getting a glass protector than this
